@@jeppyjep interesting i've never seen anyone have that opinion. i think it's definitely a step up from banquet in the darkness but their debut album is better imo.
For me personally Anatomy Of The Beast absolutely LOVE that album has its Atmospheric Melo moments than just the go for the throat ripping Old School Death sound love it, criminally underrated band I am thankful I had the opportunity to find out about these guys my late teen yrs.
They became simpler melodeath with some moments instead of death metal with melodic moments is my guess. Noticeable change though I still love their last two albums.

They took on a more At the Gates influence later on, which every band and their sister was doing in the 2000s. But it was still incredible!
