My best friend and I just went to Las Vegas two weeks ago and we went to Golden Steer and it was incredible! The Caesar salad was awesome and yes they made it tableside. The only complaint I would have is that the gentleman who was making the salad was a bit overwhelmed because the place was packed and the mob room had 15 people in it for a bachelor party all wanting Caesar salad‘s. He made ours a little too fast and we didn’t get as much dressing as we would have liked. But everything else was fabulous. I highly recommend it and make reservations two months in advance if you can.

The real authentic one is from Tijuana Mexico 🇲🇽 It was made in a hotel call “Hotel Cesar” that we’re the name comes from by and Italian immigrant that had to come up with something at the moment when a big crew of navy seal from San Diego came to the resturant and ask for something refresh, that when he made this salad from scratch with the ingredients he had in had.

Most restaurants put warnings for eating raw/undercooked animal products in order to avoid this. Also, mayo is made with raw eggs, though pretty much all eggs in restaurants are pastureized so it's really not as risky as it seems. I swallowed a whole raw egg once and was fine.

The golden steer is not as expensive as you might think. I worked as a chef for 7 years with Caesar’s palace and they truly have some of the best steaks I ever had.

@@erfanmoshtagh Get some anchovies, grind them into a paste, get garlic, grind it into a paste (separately from the anchovies) and add a bit of salt to break down the garlic cells. Mix the anchovies and the garlic paste and to that add the egg yolks. Mix it all together and add a tiny bit of water to dilute. Then, add lemon juice, parmigiano, mix it and slowly add the olive oil without stopping the mix. Bit by bit until it oxygenates and thickens. That's it, really. Simple 😌🤌
Where I live, a Ceasar salad is one of the cheapest salads you can order because, duh, it's just lettuce (with easy sauce, little bits of bread, and sprinkled cheese) with strips of chicken if you want. The easiest thing you can make. And there they are treating it like it's fine cuisine. 😂

So for people who don’t know, they are copying this exact recipe and way of preparing it from the original Caesar’s restaurant in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico 🇲🇽 (you can google it) that’s where the Caesar’s salad was invented and if you go to the restaurant they’ll prepare it at your table exactly like this.
I think Caesar's does it better too cause they dont use bagged chopped romaine they use whole romaine leaves.

Not many can make a chocolate cake on the first try. Making salads takes well…no skill at all. Thats why a server is doing it… instead of a chef

It’s made in the back and put up front so they can plate it easily… they don’t MAKE the ingredients because that takes knowing how to cook. Do you know how to roast garlic properly? Do you know how make the brine to pickle grapes? How about making a Cesar dressing properly? Doubt it.

@@erfanmoshtagh Get some anchovies, grind them into a paste, get garlic, grind it into a paste (separately from the anchovies) and add a bit of salt to break down the garlic cells. Mix the anchovies and the garlic paste and to that add the egg yolks. Mix it all together and add a tiny bit of water to dilute. Then, add lemon juice, parmigiano, mix it and slowly add the olive oil without stopping the mix. Bit by bit until it oxygenates and thickens.
That's it, really. Simple 😌🤌

Where I live, a Ceasar salad is one of the cheapest salads you can order because, duh, it's just lettuce (with easy sauce, little bits of bread, and sprinkled cheese) with strips of chicken if you want. The easiest thing you can make. And there they are treating it like it's fine cuisine. 😂
