Welcome back Hypi. Good to see a new start and making that inevitable mistake of crouching with a torch in water. I use packed dirt around my pit kilns at 2 blocks deep around to ensure there are no close calls with wildfires.

Well, a meteorito in the first five minutes of gameplay. I suposse copper or terra preta are too easy for Lucky Hypi. Looking forward new buildings and new adventures. Nice new channel logo, btw.
Bit of a tip - when you make your first torch, dont make just one, make 4 or 5. Then have one on your hotbar /offhand and keep the rest in your main inventory so you have a backup if you accidentally put out your carry torch

I had to laugh out loud a couple times at ya, hope ya don't mind ;) Both times were when you got annoyed at yourself with the clay forming and putting out your torch. And if you're gonna eat onions, please don't talk so much; I had to cover my speakers for a bit until the onion-breath went away. You look so lonely in this world without all your Bohemians; I hope you can make some new friends: I hear the wolves and bears like to be pet in 1.18, try it out! ;)
since it's the lore update, it might be better to play without the mod because you might not know what ruin is a part of the update and what is the mod. but it's your choice of course. so excited for a new series :D
I'm looking forward to this! What a good spawn you've got..there's that Hypi luck alright. Don't forget to take some chalk with you before heading south too maybe. I was wondering how you can tell, or if you can tell, how far from the equator/poles you are?
Ever looked into how to export your buildings, to new servers? They suggested doing it from your 1.17 worlds as upgrading from 1.17 to 1.18 will not work. love your videos on this game. (love this game)
Thank you! Yes, the Bohemians are discussing it :) It's a really good option if you have builds you love and dont want to leave. I am really hoping, though, that we dont have to restart.
I basically kept all the mods I always use in the mod folder to see what worked and what didnt. LOL Carry On was working fine and so was Medieval Expansion, Prospector Info, and Zoom. Pre 7 broke Prospector Info, but was working again pre 8. And Bricklayers has been updated to work now too. I do talk more about the mods later on in the series. I was kinda testing them :)
