@@lenguyenngoc479 Yes understand but just look at this guy.. his body is well built, he has nice skin, he doesn't have any bodyfat and his mental health seems balanced by being a single man.. it appears he doesn't need anyone to make him happy.. all these things contribute to his body metabolizing fat in a good way and goes a long way to controlling his chlosterol no matter what he eats.. also if you look closely he eats lots of fruit and vegetables.. this will also negate the saturated fats he puts into his body.. this and his lifestyle, his attitude and peaceful being make a difference..
