6 RBs tells me a lot about this organization. They are DEMANDING you come in early and stay late or you’re gonna get replaced by someone who wants it more. No one is safe with this team trying to build its identity. Everyone has to come in and put 110% because this team is searching for the best and will replace you for the next guy behind you, seemingly unlike the previous regime

remember last season when we as fans thought the coaching staff was gonna do exactly what you said. then we found out it was bs. im definitely not saying this coaching staff will because this feels different its more believable. hopefully we can get a team that will compete and win.

He’ll get way less touches here than he did in LA. So hopefully he can hold on to the ball. He was their bell cow, now he will split with B Rob

Kingsbury doesn't seem like he's running a spread offense. More like a west coast offense or power system with an h. back.
Yup, I think he may be developing the offense more after not having as much success his first stint in the NFL. He does a good job of scheming players open so it'll be interesting to see how his offensive scheme develops this season. Keeping in mind I think we still need another wide out and a book end LT

I keep thinking how last year could have actually been worse. EB becomes HC instead of OC, and brings in "his coaches", and MM would be GM ; it would actually have been a lot worse than it was with RR. The Harris reign is so much better, we actually resemble a NFL team, and they have only started. Considering where we were personnel-wise this post-season, having a question mark at T and maybe QB2 and CB2, is amazing. It's April, lets see where we are after the coaches get some time with the players by June.
Puerto Rico ! I like the kid from Arizona . Gives me Chris Thompson vibes . The RB from USC ran some nice angle routes so a practice squad spot could happen but the Arizona kid could make the roster this year .

I'd take Emmitt Smith fumbling tho. He used to run over people and it would take 3/4 guys to bring him down. NFL rally time rushing leader in yards and touchdowns. Then again Dallas had a great O Line during most of his Dallas career.
