A really good, informative video. Growing up on a dairy farm, we had the same ethos. Drank raw milk my entire life and have never had food poisoning. Buy the best milk you can.👍
Bringing the local natural food production. Respect! Dr. Lopez used the word "care" - this is what is missing from big ag nast. CLA is one of those "don't know what you had till it is gone" things. Merry Christmas!
I love your channel. You inspire me to push my limits and achieve what I only thought to be possible in my dreams. Thank you! Keep up the great work 👍🏽💪🏽

Been buying raw milk from a local dairy for about 8 years. Came across it from the Weston A Price/raw milk blog. Our kids tried pasteurized milk and they said, “dad this isn’t milk”.
Kefir is a Turkish drink we have had for the past few thousand years. I personally have been drinking kefir nearly every day for the past 2 years or so, either 500 ml or 1000 ml per day, I just love the stuff. If does good things to the amount of nutrients I get from other foods. I have associated kefir with more hypertrophy, but obviously this is an anecdotal observance on my behalf.
I just heard that the other day. People smile when they say it like they are clever even though that's what everyone says. Tell them you aren't a pig so you don't eat corn or grain. And the definition of milk is the stuff that comes from an animal. Almond and soy isn't milk. It's nut juice. I drink raw goat milk too and I'm not a goat.
I agree, milk does the body good. I think people are mostly only against the milk that gets produced in factory-milk-machine places where they abuse the animals. Pasture raised, beef and dairy is good for you.
I buy my raw milk in ottisville NY takes a little over an hr but it's worth it. I've raised all 4 of my children on it. The farm is called freedom hill farm. You send them an email the day before you want it and you pick it up the next day!
Informative and probably the simplest explanation of milk production in less than 30 minutes. I don’t drink milk anymore but my kids do. Switching to grass fed. Unfortunately very expensive. Thank you for video.
Great video - it addressed my thoughts/concerns regarding pasteurisation and E. coli. I guess the challenge is finding a farm where they care and is as passionate as this farmer is.
Milk is great. Even commercial milk can be good. I blend 1% milk with unflavored whey protein powder. It is my recovery drink. It's very nutritious and very convenient as well. My Mom's cousin used to work at a dairy in the 1960s. They Pasteurized at 180 degrees for half an hour rather than the present practice of super heating it "super Pasteurized" (near boiling temp for a short period). The low temp Pasteurization is uncommon now, but it's much more nutritious than the present method. In many countries people typically low-temp Pasteurize the raw milk they harvest or buy.
What a great vid and Mark is just awesome! I never liked milk or so I thought until one day I had a chance to drink fresh raw milk and it was amazing unfortunately hard to come by.
@@GarageStrength do you think you could make a video on how to train for extreme sports like motocross, I know that it is not your specialty but I know you might be able to help.
When would you say the best time is to drink milk. Before, during or after a workout? I assume it doesn't really matter so long as you do it within an hour or so of working out.
I have eaten carnivore for over 4 years and rarely drink milk. I bought a quart last week. I'll probably not drink anymore milk for a few years. I don't try to control what other people eat. Videos by Drs Ken Berry and Shawn Baker illustrate the importance of ancestral eating. I object to the vegan propaganda that eating meat and meat products is bad for the individual and environment because it seems to be mostly hysteria. Thanks for the videos and information.
If the economy goes down, and we all start to run out of food, I say we should start eating the vegetarians first. Why? Because they are ALL GRASS FED!😀😆👍
Hi guys from UK, Homogenised milk is sprayed at high pressure to shatter the fat globule structure is that correct? i read that decades ago Regular milk pasturised so its still not bad but lacking some nutrients or factors...but UHT milk in the UK you can tell its different, it literally is long life milk because it been heated and tastes strange I never liked it.
I grew up with raw milk in East Europe, when I moved to Canada I could not drink the "regular" milk from the store for about 10 years. The taste is horrible for somebody used with real raw milk. One a different thought - how much kvas Dane drinks before recording a podcast? He is laughing to much, must be the kvas!
With all respect sir, I do not intend to insult you, and I am sure that you are very strong but your body shape (Big Yeti) is result of drinking Milk with growth hormone your body overgrows your cells are inflamed and full of water undigested caseins and lactose products that's why they swell and make you so big, your muscle is the big power for short time type of muscle, the yogis may have less one time power than you but they have more real, Dense, and flexible muscle that can work for much much longer because they don't consume the milk and the animal protiens, they have natural body shape (Nomad instead of Big Yeti) their cells aren't fatigued by all the lactose and protein. Plant based muscle is less water, less inflammation and less undigested metabolic products, and more dense real fiber and amino acids.
Eat quality Beef, because the West wasn’t won on SALAD. Do the research on that , and report back to us. And the raw milk as sourced from this video is top grade-don’t try and make it into something it’s not. And of course, in the end, life’s all about choices, and we all need to make those according to our wishes.
bro it’s not all of them but many Pehlwans drink milk and eat meat too. Just look at the great Gama himself. Now it is also true that many are vegetarian. I think nutrition=nutrition. Lactose may be a problem for some from cultures that have not consumed milk for thousands of years though(such as myself)
Through history people ate and cooked meat 🍖 and ate natural produce available at a particular period.. They didnt just eat strictly vegetables and plants. This is what people fail to learn

Love the mentality and focus of this farmer. Wish we had more like him. High density farming is killing us, and the honest farmers.
