Do you recommend a personal trainer if I never meet my goals and constantly have no energy, always hungry and can’t seem to find something that works?
if you cant pump yourself up to get in and lift a personal trainer wont make a difference your pockets will be damaged.
You can try it. Everyone is different. If you think it could work for you then try it. The worst thing you can do is nothing imo
