very inspiring, looking forward to learn more from you sir :)
Cheers from the USA. Keep doing what you're doing. It's interesting to see how things are done in other countries but what remains the same is good troubleshooting. Solid methodical process. I work in a manufacturing complex and have 8 million square feet, 42 fire panels and thousands of devices not all fire protection related. They have tied security and other alarms into the fire system which makes every day a nightmare on top of other general maintenance. You had a good attitude when the contractor renovating seemed to be careless in their removal of the devices.
Wow.. that's huge work. In Australia, we separated fire from any other system. It's really a nightmare as you are doing other work. We, here in AU, all fire services are contracted and we attended only if there's a call out. That's a good plus as we are exposed to different brands, model, system, environment, conditions etc. The pay is also excellent. A senior tech now is around AU$45 per hour +. Presently, I am self-employed, have around 95 sites in my books and running my own company. That's the reward of excellent exposure. Thanks Mate for supporting. All the Best.
