The origin of how shaggy got his power is because of goku. Shaggy's powers are based on goku. So without goku, shaggy has no power. So goku is basically the reason why the super shaggy exist. So yes, goku wins againsts shaggy but i'm not underestimating shaggy or saying the video is bad. The video is nice and shaggy is still strong
