Your work is beautiful and flawless! Got my will to keep on practicing and trying to get better renewed! Thank you for sharing such great tutorials and inspiring us all.
I have to say you have totally inspired me! I have learned so much from you! I'm going to start buying my tools and watching your videos and practicing over and over again. You are such a talented artisan. I look forward to your future videos! All the best to you and thank you again so much for the education you are sharing with us. Kath
Thanks so much for your kind compliments Kath, it meant so much for me. I’m so glad that you like my videos and I’m hoping to see your creation soon someday. Maggie
Thanks Jess! Yeah copper wire would tarnish over time just like any other base metal wire. But you could bring back the shine with some polishing cloth or machines.
Hi Jackeline! Thank you :) Those wires are easily found from craft stores. (best to purchase from your local supplier) I normally use the brand Artistic wire or Designer wire. In this project, I use non coated bare copper wires. You can also purchase from Amazon, riogrande or ringsandthings online. They ship everywhere.
Hello I just found your channel and a new subscriber, Wharton kind of sander is that please? I saw that you said it's a flex shaft but I didn't see the kind you have.
Hello, thanks so subscribing! It's a sandpaper holder actually. When you search online, they are also called slotted mandrels. or split-end mandrels. You can see the mandrel clearer in my other video from this link: ruclips.net/video/lKNBnPNGNWk/видео.html Go to the polishing part in the video. Hope this helps.
Wow! It is beautiful! I really want to try making it! I love trying new things. I have a question, Does the brass wire tarnish over time? Should I try make it with Gold filled wire instead if I don't want it to tarnish? Thanks for the video! 😊
Thanks Christie! So glad you like this tutorial ☺️ Yes, brass wire will tarnish over time, but you can bring back the shine with just a polishing cloth. Gold-filled wire would save you from all the polishing, and will last a long time. But of course the price will take a leap. If you’re using gold filled wire, remember not to over polished it, as it’d polished off the gold layer on the wire. Hope this helps! Have fun making 😊
The opposite indeed. The polishing process would make the raw copper to shine and would remove tarnish if there’s any. (If you use coated wire, then the coat will be worn off during this process , and reveal the base metal.)
Love your tutorials! You're a great teacher! Got to make one of these for my granddaughter! (and 1 for me!) ;)

Hi, first I want to congratulate you for such beautiful work, second I would like to know where to buy the wire that you use? Thanks

@@MaggieCSAtelier Thanks a lot! Looking forward to more of your videos 😊
Like wise. I’m working on it, should be able to post one tomorrow 😃
Where did you get your jewellery displays like the rainbow shaped one and the cone shaped one, x
Hi it’s a gift someone gave me. :) I’ve seen it on Amazon, I might be able to come back to you if I found it.
When you pass the dremel. or rotary tool..the wire does not discolor?
