How are you doing Zee? I wonder why it is that, when i've watched the few youtube videos out there on owerri estates, I have to say, your videos on the estates are the only ones that seem professional. I mean detailed views of the houses and streets. Not just someone sticking out a camera on the driving or passenger seat. The other youtubers need to learn from your filmings. Definitely the best by far. I'm based in london by the way, and would like to build in owerri sometime in the future. Keep going Zee.

Considering IGBO Land Area is less than 16,000Sq Mile with Population over 40M. that's a huge Person to land imbalance. We should start thinking of building high-rise Apartment Complexes to Compensate for lack of Lands. If we continue like this Next 40years there would be serious Housing problem.

Yes, the housing design and structure in urbanized/commercial areas have to change. Portharcourt, Nnewi, Onitsha, Aba, Asaba and Owerri shouldn't be approving houses below 10 storey building, however we have to consider the availability of electricity to power the electrical parts of a mechanized house. Beautiful homes. The trash around the homes are unsightly. Are there landfills in Owerri for trash disposals? What about Estates that offer 24 hour power supplies, water, good roads, etc. Like that being offered in many Lagos estates?
Owerri could easily be transformed into a beautiful paradise to lure many diasporan's of all ages back home with better master planned community estates offering 24hr power supplies, water, good roads and other infrastructures enjoyed abroad.
Lagos is enriching their citizens by increasing the values and desirability of relocating to their estates. It is time for Owerri and Imolites to get with the program and step up their game!
    Owerri must rise again👍🏾🕊

Why we will never grow, the mentality of a whole community only caring for how beautiful their houses look but not how hard it takes to drive to their home. For me, I will be happy in a modest house in a developed part of the country among people who wants true development and not just a beautiful house with a bad road. Shame on all of them. I don't understand why they didn't develop the infrastructure first (roads, underground electricity and sewer) before building. Igbos need to stop accepting mediocrity. Checkout Awka millennium city as an example. They are building the infrastructure first. Also, why is there a trash/garbage/refuse heap in front of houses?
Having a huge/beautiful building but no infrastructure is embarrassing and should not be allowed in modern times. It's almost as if these owners spend millions of Naira to show off but can't spend 1 million Naira or less to demand proper infrastructure or build it for themselves. That's right, if each of the homeowners contributed 1 million Naira the entire estate will have good roads.

    • @zeeondemand
      @zeeondemand  2 года назад +1

As you can tell the estate is still developing and the roads are also a priority to them, the electricity is sorted as the have that and each house constructs it’s own sewer that how houses are built here, I quite agree that they should have done the roads but who will pay for it? Hence why they are contributing to do it first

In those places roads will be completed in an estates like this before buildings begins to spring up. It is the environment that beautifies any building. No drainage in all the roads , just red mud. Should residents be contributing money to construct roads into an estate in a country?
Where have you ever heard talking about stuff like that in a sane nation?
Where's the state government for crying out loud?
That's the sole responsibility of the government, they must "as a matter of urgency" construct roads into all developed and developing estates in the capital and stop stealing public funds, Imo State is the fifth richest state in Nigeria for heaven's sake.
If Ihedioha was allowed to run the people's mandate peacefully, Imolites and their beloved state would've been much better today in all ramifications.
Governments create not only new estates, but new cities for their ever increasing populations, why is Nigeria only notorious in incompetence, mediocrity and criminality?
Nothing good to score this APC cabal regime good about, absolutely nothing.
They've finished all our 35 billion dollars reserved by Goodluck Jonathan, borrowed 119 billion dollars from all parts of the world and shared the money among themselves, nothing to show for it, plus all the money that Nigeria has generated in hundreds of billions of dollars since 7 years now, nothing to show for it.
They're still jumping up and down everywhere in Nigeria today making empty promises to those who have power but don't know the importance of it to lend them their voices in votes come next, and unfortunately, they will still vote the wrong aspirants and candidates, only to start crying differently again until four or eight more years are over.
What a useless and worthless population of the Nigerian State!
