All these experts bemoaning the method these generational fishermen have probably used successfully for decades maybe even centuries. I know this might be a shocking revelation but you might even imagine the boats are specifically designed for this. I found this both fascinating and uplifting that these people are fishing in a traditional way whilst using some pieces of modern hardware, i.e. the dozer replaces, the tractor which would have replaced a horse/donkey which would have replaced men struggling.
Seems a shame to back that CAT into the sea, - you can see the 'salt-water' has taken most of the paint off the blade already. - I would have thought with the power in that machine it could pull the entire fishing fleet up that beech in one go and still not know there was anything behind it. - Talk about "Over-kill".

Beach fishery. There’s lots of them worldwide. I’ve watched the one in Hastings England. Not everybody has a harbor!
