I visited Mont Saint Michel this past summer while I was studying abroad in France. While I’m not Catholic or religious for that matter, it was still a wonderful sight to behold. Easily one of the highlights of my time there.

I hiked the bay during a class trip to France while I was in high school. Unfortunately during those days, I was very disconnected from my faith and I was unable to appreciate the significance of Mont Saint Michel and many of the other Catholic sites I visited.
Seeing the date it feels like a relic of the once united Christian Roman empire but some of the architecture and the fortress reminds me of the germanic/frankish invaders who used the feudal system to control the conquered Romans and ultimately divide them, and the church.
The race card I have says that in Rev. 7:9;....behold, a great multitude, which no one could count of every nation, color and creed....It CANNOT be White Culture, can it?
