How did you get to the page on Udemy that shows you the student demand, number of courses, median monthly revenue, Top monthly revenue? Please tell us step by step how we get there, I tried to get it on Udemy and I wasn't able to. Thank you so much!

I suspect the competition is way higher now and we kinda missed the boat? Also, how do we get reviews as new seller and compete with the supplier with hundred of reviews?
I don't know of a platform with less competition than Udemy (maybe Fiverr for certain freelance services) but now is a great time to get in as there is still substantial growth potential. There's a saying: "Know something about everything and everything about something." Your approach seems to be "Know something about everything without going deep into any one thing." Let me ask you a question (no need to answer): If you found success in A, would you quit it to try B, C, and D, or would you continue with A? I'm sorry to say this, but I think you may lack deep knowledge in any single area. This might be why you're moving from being an Amazon seller to creating online courses.
Solid. question. First, there is the concept of "diversify or die". We went deep (and are "deep") in Amazon FBA. While we were selling on Amazon, we put our "tentacles" into different ventures like RUclips, Udemy, drone stock footage, Etsy digital products, etc. in order to diversify. We put similar effort into each (less than we put into Amazon) and with Udemy specifically with fairly little time and money the return is significantly higher. The following reasons are now why we shift our focus to Udemy: • Less time to launch a course vs. launching a product • Less competition • Rank & make organic sales within 2 weeks (vs. 6-9 months to really become profitable on Amazon) • Can invest $900 per course vs. $10k per product with Amazon • Better for the world - our courses help transform people's lives in ways Amazon products never could • Less stress - Udemy's moderation team is much more fair and forgiving than Amazon • Overall enjoyment - we just like this more and make significantly more per hour. Now, the question is, why don't we just quit everything and go all-in on Udemy now? 1. Diversified income streams 2. We spend very few hours at this point on Amazon and we make thousands per month in net profit 3. We like diversity - RUclips, digital products, Amazon, Udemy. It's fun and many marketing principles overlap. We also learn from one category that helps us succeed in another. I could honestly go into more detail but I hope this helps provide more perspective. What we do isn't necessarily "right" or "wrong" but we are both super clear on our life goals and the way we've structured our businesses at this point is best poised to help us achieve our life goals and live the best life we can.
Very helipful video! I uploaded courses a few years ago to both Udemy and Skillshare, but found Udemy's sound requirements for videos hard to pass. Has that changed? Do you use a certain microphone to record your videos for Udemy? Thanks so much for your content!
We do not as we prefer being on camera ourselves. It's also cheaper this way it's just some people are camera shy (understandably). How to identify genuine seller on amazon?
Look at their results. They never show their results then maybe they don't have them or aren't very good
