    I got some oil spray but never received it yet. I ordered it twice and still haven’t received it.

    Are dc braking systems fully waterproof for usage in saltwater, sand , etc , looking to buy an anatares dc or exsence dc for surf casting

      I don't think they are fully waterproof. Having said that I have no issue with them after every thorough wash

    I have been told by Shimano to never spray my reels after fishing in saltwater. Just wipe then down. 🤷🏼‍♂️

    please do not do this to your reels, if you’re washing your reel off after a freshwater/salt water trip, all you need to do is lightly spray the outside of the reel with fresh water from a squirt bottle and wipe the outside off, then open your side plate, take your spool out and dry off any excess water you see, then just leave your side plate open and spool out to air dry, and thats it, do not water board your reels with the hoes
