I have a surgery coming up in about a month and half. Wondering how long before you were able to drive? I’ve been told you’re not suppose to drive for 6weeks.
@@te8863 100 % confidence I back to gym means I started doing everything what I used do back except shoulder press very less weight ....my external motion is weak unfortunately but I m not doing rehab properly like for 1 month no rehab 💀......still ny 90% motion + strength are back ........worth with only good doctor 1000% 💯💯
@@te8863 it worth it 100% in my case I had to bankart + remplissage ,I m 100% back to gym except shoulder press and rear delt ,I can do all shoulder excercise,shoulder press with baby dumbell only still now like 5 kg....rest is doing great , ya external rotation is weak but I didn't do rehab for like 1 month 💀 because I back to foothball and gym , external is weak due to remplissage procedure since I have hill sach but I can throw ball pretty good speed ....worth 💯 with good doctor and don't be lazy like me in rehab 🥲
Hi im the guy in the video, the hospital will require you to have a friend or family member to walk with you out of the hospital, once you are out of the hospital you can do whatever you want. I took a taxi home by myself. You can take the trains or bus. I do not recommend driving!
Hi i am not 100%, but the pain is gone. Much better than before the surgery. Make sure you stretch shoulder for 10 mins before any hard exercise. This is super important.
Getting this surgery when I get out of the marines, left shoulder is worse than my right. Thanks for letting me know it’s not that bad.
Currently in 10/10 pain even after cortisone injections... Trying to make the push for surgery because this sucks... It's affecting my daily life bad.
I had my surgery 3 days ago and the muscle that's under my surgery site keeps spazzing out and I am in so much pain.
This is what I’m experienced right now. My nerve blocker wore off and I ache all day

i have a laburn tear 11-7 oclock. with a cyst causing major main. got a shot today to hold me down but i may need it because its painful.
I’ve got a tear 11-6 with a cyst. Have surgery Monday… not looking forward to the recovery 🤦♂️

during wed fri when u said there was no pain, was it cuz u popped oxy's or cuz u were healed?
