I love it when they do metal with maori language, it just makes them stand out with how they use it and i feel like it evokes their sound more. Alien Weaponry are badass nonetheless and i wish them all the success. Its like they came out of the 90's, i love it.

i rly guess these guys are not that stupid. Its good to ask questions against political and military behaviour. But to try to organize a run inside of a military base that is signed as @defended by deadly force@ is just braindead. It shows how ignorant and dumb alot of youth these days is..
I love that these boys have a very distinct sound. I had this playing in the background, first time hearing it, and I knew instantly it was Alien Weaponry. I have to give to Napalm records for signing a lot of bands that always bring us something amazing.

Still insane to see how fast AW got big, I really wanna see them live again, I saw them live in Slowenia at Metaldays 2018 (one of the very best festivals I have been to so far) and then about a week later again at Wacken Open Air in Germany (my homecountry) - to top it all of my girlfriend fell in love with me at their concert in Wacken, so I already have very bright memories connected to their music :)
It still amazes me that Lewis is the same age as me, I couldn't find his exact birthday but did find an article saying he turned 17 in 2019 which is when I did. I aspire to be just as famous as them someday once I figure out how to play my guitar and learn to sign. Doubt Ill be just as good since they've been doing it since they were kids and I'm just starting but here's hoping someday we can tour together :3
Out of the whole band the technical progression for Henry on drums is the most obvious. He’s getting good. Love his cymbal work and use of the China and Ride is metal as fuck.
Not that the boys on guitars are not improving too, it’s just so noticeable on drums.
Yeh he really embraces different beats and owns it.
His cymbal work caught my attention from the very beginning.

I think that these guys are going to take Slayer's slot at festivals in a few years, they're still young but have huge potential. If they keep going strong (which I'm sure they will) can imagine the stage show with all sorts of Maori culture, like a huge onstage haka. I'm so excited! Slayer? Dunno, maybe this Shoe may be still a bit to big? There is still a big gap in speed, aggression and raw violence. I like Alien Weaponry, no doubt, but to compare with Slayer? For me not at this point. I'm looking forward to further evolution.😊

I can dig it. The vox almost scream emo-scream-o, but pleasantly skirt the border in a way that make the harmonious parts smooth and ear-peasing. Musicianship is on point.
