"A high school athletic director in Maryland has been charged with using artificial intelligence to impersonate a principal on an audio recording that included racist and antisemitic comments, authorities said on Thursday.
Dazhon Darien faked the voice of Pikesville high school’s principal in January following conversations that Darien’s contract would not be renewed, according to charging documents filed by Baltimore county police."

I read a children's book when I was a child about a rabbit that left her babies home alone, and a fox came and tried to get into the house. And the babies wouldn't let the fox in and told the fox that their mother had told them not to let anyone but her into the house. So the fox left and then came back and pretended to be their mother, but the babies didn't fall for it, and told the fox that its voice didn't sound like their mother. So the fox disguised its voice and came back. And each time the fox came back, the babies would tell the fox how they know that it was not their mother. Until finally the fox had used all the tips and advice they gave it to perfectly impersonate their mother and they let it in and it ate them.
    So...
A flat tone, unusually clean background noises, and lack of consistent breathing sounds or pauses.

The "income" tax does not exist. The EXCERCISE TAX does. It is a tax on entities using state property or PRIVILEDGE. The word priviledge literally means PRIVATE LAW, Privi- private, ledger - law.
    You play you pay.
You use it you pay for it.
    Contract law.
    COMMON law.
    PRIVATE law.
The state may enter contracts and create private law from CIVIL LAW codes and thee will be valid so long as these civil law CODES and RULES, not laws, do not infringe on your natural common law rights nor constitutional law.
The statute that regulate CORPORATIONS represent in part a PRIVATE law between the two parties. Corporation x receives, among other things, the priviledge of limited liability when it is INCORPORATED INTO the STATE and because it EXCERCISES these state priviledges, it uses them, it is CONTRACTUALY obliged to submit its "income" to be taxed. And so the constitution provides for such things as a corporation tax and a capital GAINS tax and it allows for the state to collect the tax from the "income" of the entity so that the state does not have to collect by way of tariff or fee. The constitution does NOT have an "income" but rather the taxation of income is a METHOD of taxation rather than a tax itself.
Your wages are NOT a taxable stream of income.
You ON your own labour and wages are the TRADING of something you own for money. This is NOT a capital gain. You did not aquire the money by capital and you traded something that you own for it. At the point of you finishing you work you were at a deficit and when you were paid the books were BALANCED.
If your only stream of income is your wages then your taxable income for the year on your rax return is ZERO.

      @lordsoros627 16 дней назад

@@jaynecobb6711what makes you think that i have not tried that?
I do not pay illegitimate slave taxes.
What you fail to realise is that although it is not easy it is by far not impossible and there are many people who have successfully done so, it is just your fake media does tell you and you struggle to conceive of anything outside of the Procrustian bed that your feudal overlords have laid down for you.
The very fact that you find what I say incredulous is a testament to your fundamental ignorance of the law and the beauty of my argument is that it doesn't even HAVE to be correct, although it is. What you fail to realise is that under English law we have what is known as an English "court de jure," a court of the jury as opposed to "court de facto," a court of fact.
Under English law an English jury cannot be overruled, cannot be punished for returning a verdict and due to this and the double jeopardy rule, the rule barring trying the same person more than once for the same crime, this means that the English law has "jury nullification"
This essentially means that the English, and by extension the English colonies, have EXACTLY the same right as MPs and CONGRESSMEN ie they can VOTE on legislation. The difference is that the former does this in Parliament/Congress while the latter, us, do it in court when we serve on a jury.
In England there is strict firearm legislation but constitutionally speaking the rights of the Englishman to bear arms is still there, it is both a common law right and constitutional right just as it is in the USA and the only reason you will not see any guns openly carried in England is simply because the general population in England FOLLOW that legislation and for the most part, rather like you, they think that they HAVE to follow that legislation and have no idea that they could just do it.
Should the English WAKE UP, and become ACTUALLY woke, they could all simply start carrying and refusing to convict each other for carrying and the English state, like the American, has no defence against this.
There is a very wise old English saying and it goes thus: "rules are meant to be broken.
It is a reference to JURY NULLIFICATION and it is just of many CULTURAL CLUES that can be found in English culture that show that what I am saying is 100% correct and it is not even necessary for an Englishman or an American to dig through legal documentation to find this out because a simply perusal of English culture and history will show this.
This saying concerning rules is alluding to the fact that civil "laws" are not laws at all but rules and codes and that there is a difference between the words "law" and "legislation." A dictatorship is a state of affairs where the civil.law is synonymous with the law of the land, legislation here is nothing but a dictate by the central state that cannot be nullified by the population.
And so "rules are meant to be broken."
The LAW cannot be broken but LEGISLATION can be as it is not a law but a rule, a civil code.
The "income" tax legislation is MEANT to be broken as should the population wish to not pay it anymore then, just like your Congress person, they can VOTE on it.
And this is part of the central deception.
You see we could characterise the jury nullification of the English law as "legal democracy" which allows the average person to vote on the legislation that governs them DIRECTLY and the story of the 20th century is one of a very clever plot to replace REAL DEMOCRACY, English democracy, jury nullification, with a fake pastiche of it called "political" democracy.
Why do you need to vote for a president when you can VOTE ON THE LAWS 5HAT THEY PASS!
In the world of the con man this is known as a "bait and switch."
Indeed a "confidence" trick relies on telling you a load 9f bullsh*t in a confident way such that you trust it and do not actually go and look.
That is exactly what the state has done.
They TOLD you that the "income" tax is and they told it confidently and you believed them and so now anyone who tells you the ACTUAL TRUTH, which is basically that there is no such tax as the "income" tax and the term "income tax" does not refer to a tax itself but actually a METHOD of taxation that the constitution designates acceptable in the case of certain taxes that actually are in the constitution.
      Got it?
It is NOT a tax itself but a METHOD of tax collection.
An example of a constitutionally valid tax applied to the income of something would be, say, the application of a tax on the income drawn by way of dividend from a corporation ie the capital gains tax.
It is worth using the capital gains tax here as an example because that tax is an example of a, and an application of, the EXCERCISE TAX.
Which is the tax that we must look at here because the "income" tax is nothing more than a MISAPPLICATION of the EXCERCISE TAX, they are taxing your wages, wrongly, under this tax and its powers and by studying this you will see that there was a specific reason why it was branded an "income" tax because if you do not have the power to tax labour but you want it and you must get around the constitution this is almost certainly the best way to do it. The EXCERCISE TAX is the perfect candidate for a number of reasons, indeed such deceptions would seem much less suited to other constitutionally valid taxes, and one of the reasons why is because this tax allows for it to be placed on the "income" of which it seeks to tax and so the goal is simply to convince people, either outright or by de facto (for all intents and purposes, that what you wish to tax, labour, represents a stream of taxable "income."
Your wages ARE an "income" it is just not a taxable one and so when you get a tax form and it has a table for "income" and in that table you put the sum of your wages the IRS knows simply from you performing that action that you do not know what the fk you are talking about and they know that you are one of the millions of dupes that can be bossed about by them as though they are feudal era peons and the IRS a feudal king. If your only source of revenue for that year came your labour then the CORRECT number to be placed in that box marked "income" is ZERO.
You are being asked NOT "what is your income" but what is your TAXABLE income and if your answer to that is your labour then you just signed your soul away.
If I work in McDonald's for a year and I get all my wages from Ronald and I invest them into the stock market then at the end of the year I will have TWO STREAMS of "income" one taxable and one not.
One was a CAPITAL GAIN and one was gained by my labour.
      A CAPITAL gain.
As in it was GAINED with CAPITAL.
I took money and gained more money with that money.
My wages from big ron were not GAINED by CAPITAL.
Hence it is NOT a "capital gain" and thus the CAPITAL GAINS TAX cannot be applied to it. The excercise tax can also be applied to a CORPORATION in the form of the CORPORATION TAX and obviously I should not have to explain why I am not a corporation and why that application of the excercise does not apply to my "income" as that "income" is not 5he "income" of a corporation.
I hope you will actually engage me on this as I can guarantee you that should you discuss this with me in good faith for a long enough time you will INEVITABLY be drawn to my position and into conceding the argument to the "soveriegn citizens"

@@jaynecobb6711 just as I did in the 90s as a teenager.
"It is the mark of an intelligent mind to be able to take on an idea and to contemplate it without first having to accept it...."
I came to this with a simple fascination with "conspiracy theories" and I completely expected that just a little contemplation of these ideas would see them debunked rather quickly.
But then the freemen kept being correct.
The funny thing is that as an Englishman I was surrounded by a myriad of cultural clues and then one day you click to something, you remember, say, Robin Hood, and you say "fk its right there in my face." You don't even need the law books to see it technically speaking, someone clever enough and perceptive enough to see the story of Robin Hood and draw the OBVIOUS conclusions, it TELLS you. The story of Robin Hood wouldn't make any fking sense otherwise. WHY would a culture of people, the English, make one of their central foundational mythic heros a fking INCOME TAX REBEL!
It would be like making the fking Q Anon shamen a fking Saint!!!
So we have always had the "income" tax YET the countries cheif mythic hero, children's story template no fkn 1, is about the fking Q Shamen?
      A fking soveriegn citizen?
Like hello England just what the fk are you doing exactly?
The whole country is based on a TAX REBELLION in mythic stories then in actual reality they constitutionally outlawed the taxation of labour in 1215 and a good portion 9f their children's stories are based around TAX REBELLION, the Magna Carta won't shut up about "lawful rebellion," they have statutes of and museums about tax rebels, even the job descriptions of old England contain etymology that shows that the job CANT BE TAXED ie the word "smith" is tied to the word RITE which comes from birthrite which means an activity that CANNOT BE TAXED!
So the term "blacksmith" essentially means "someone who performs their RIGHT NOT TO BE TAXED by working with metal!"
Imagine if you got a job today and all the job TITLES where: store clerk who cannot be taxed. Data enterer(cannot be taxed.)
What we are talking about here is the MOST BASED AS FK nation that has ever existed.
Even the JOB TITLES all basically say "fk off im a soveriegn citizen."
And they have hidden all this very well but when noticing these "cultural clues" it makes me smile and think that this is the most comically English thing ever and even the subversion of the English nations results in a comedy that is so English in nature, the truth is that of course the English knew full well what Robin Hood was and what they were giving their children to read and play as and had no idea that in the future there would be Englishman, Americans, Canadians, Australians, New Zealanders who knew the English common law and its history and what it says about "income" taxes and when these people stood up for the ancient rights of the English that they hold they would be denounced as "soverign citizens" and ridiculed by a wider society of, frankly, rxtards.
In fact hows that for you, am I not a "marginalised minority" as a "soverign citizen?"
Unfortunately for you all I just so happen to be a CORRECT "soverign citizen" and Robin Hood just so happens to not be a soveriegn citizen because the FKING INCOME TAX WASNT LAWFUL IN THE FIRST FKING PLACE

AI truly places itself right into the uncanny valley with how it makes people talk. They are absolutely right: it KIND OF knows what humans are supposed to sound like simply as an average of what is hears from its samples, but it still struggles with maintaining the pitch and cadence of actual humans. To a certain degree it is TOO perfect. It has too few disfluencies and too little natural slurring and fumbling of words. At best, it has to add those things back in as an afterthought and it can't do it naturally, and even beyond the text speech sounding like a contrived after school special villain who is yet speaking candidly, the way it flows so perfectly most of the time, yet skips so unnaturally sometimes, it just sounds like a very talented mimic that is so close and yet so far from making something sound human.

It puts a silent signal in the audio track and can still be detected if recorded by say someone using a camera in a movie threatre. So when you play pirated content on a blu ray player it puts a message on the screen and mutes the audio. I know everyone hates the government but this issue could be pretty serious and probably should be regulated. I think they should require all legit forms of ai voice models to include that special analog watermark so that it can detect that its ai when ran through a program.
