How can women's football and men's football ever be equal when more than 85 percent who watch football are men and boys. And those who play it from kids are male. The problem is, when people watch it then there is a vast and substantial comparison in men's and womens football as the women's standard is shite compared to the men. It's a comedy that they wish for equal pay, I think there should be comparative pay, not equal.

@@DAG01982 Yes, the standard they are at individually, if they are making them on and off the ball each week, is most likely above their level. However, I would say that the same player in the Premier League is still at a higher individual standard than any female player in the WSL. Then, as a follow on, every team in the Premier League is far superior to those in the WSL and therefore the standard is far from the same. There really is no debate to be had on quality.
@J disagree. Ball at feet and tactical knowhow can be compared. Men are generally bigger, stronger & faster, that's genetics, can't do anything about that and that's why they don't play together. There is a debate on what a person & team does with the ball and what you deem as a good or bad standard

It is simply a male sports just like ballet and gymnastics, which are basically a female dominated sport, and women in those sports are better than men are not being compared to men.
