Studying in the PWC lineage is one of my biggest dreams. Unfortunately there's only a couple American schools and they're in cities that I honestly hate, like Manhattan NY. Nor do I speak Chinese or have a lot of money or I'd go learn there. I've been slowly learning Cantonese for a while but they speak mandarin in HK and I'd have little job prospects there even if I did learn the language.
I'm patiently awaiting the day one f their students opens a school anywhere near PittsburghPA or in a city I could move to.
    Much respect to sifu WKL!

Ladies, the word ":Chum" is SEARCH not to be confused with "SINK", though phonetically the 2 words are identical in Cantonese. This goes to show this modified PRACTICAL WC is based on a lot areas of misunderstanding of the original wc architecture., Sad to see all the modifications are totally uncalled for had MASTER WAN learned it correctly. in the first place. WSL is rolling in his grave, can't you feel that.

Hello from the USA, I am happy to meet you. When I was a boy I watch Bruce Lee movie and Saturday morning green hornet.I have always been interested in the Kungfu style of Bruce Lee. I have tried Cali escrema and Shaolin Kung Fu 3years , but I was hit by a truck so I saw that Wing Chun uses hands more often than feet, so I have been practicing Wing Chun for a while but still a student and not a sifu, thank you for the video, happy New year

the continous problem with wt, even in this probably best lineage, is defending against an unrealistic attack. People hit differently from a long distance and so little attention is paid to how to shorten the distance to find oneself in the area where wt truly works...

Nick Ashton that's the beauty of Practical Wing Chun. It is not locked into a formal form that will never change, the changes are to reflect practical application to be applied easily.

I love how he has adapted everything to have a low elbow. It’s almost genius.
I guess that is why it’s called practical.
