I just love how Vox was like "calm down Val, you're gonna ruin our image" before being publicaly humiliated by Alastor because he wanted to prove he was better x)
LITERALLY the way they set that up was the funniest thing in the first four episodes to me. I hope Val mocked him HARD immediately after the song.

The Vs pretty much are a trio of media-related demons who work together, who might be a bit secluded from the other overlords. Vox is Television & Tech, Velvette is Social Media, and Valentino is Adult Film & Entertainment. They all essentially work with each other as an alliance. From what I understand with Alastor and Vox's previous conflict Alastor was dominating Vox before the rest of the Vs backed him up, leading to Alastor disappearing for 7 years (the same amount of time Lilith's been gone, interestingly)

I think it's more that vox is mentally manipulative playing on the fact that Val is kind of stupid. While Valentino is emotionally manipulative poking at Vox's insecurities
So basically they're manipulating each other.
When Alistor gets emotional, the static fades away, whilst the opposite happens for Vox, the more emotional he gets, the more distortion infiltrates his voice.

I Think Vivzie has confirmed there won't be any more episodes on RUclips. And this was only the first half of the episode. The second half can only be seen by getting Amazon Prime. I really hope you watch it because the other episodes won't make sense if you don't. Also, 16:29 from what I can tell, Vox is definitely the one controlling Val, in fact, he's the only one who can. Val just can't help but mess with him.

Not quite. She's the social media demon. She's able to stay on top of trends, particularly in fashion, whereas Vox is more about tech and innovation; Vox has basically taken over all modern media through video, including the internet, but he needs Valentino and Velvet to help because his tech would lack the popularity his brand currently has without Valentino's porn studio and Velvet keeping him up to date with the hottest trends.

@@VegaVermilionVODS Literally used a part of the good part with Alastor in the radiobooth as the thumbnail, and yet here we are. No reaction to possibly the coolest part of the episode/song.
If you pay attention, every time Valentino speaks you can hear a faint buzz: Vivzie added that in post when she learned that moths make that sound.
The best part of Alastor's song against Vox is that at the end he sang a reprise of Vox's private boasting from before the broadcast as a subtle bonus threat, like "I know EXACTLY what you've been up to and if you try to cross me again there's nowhere you can hide."
Vox actually IS the de facto Internet Demon because you can't really have the internet without video-based hardware like screen displays, and Vox is the leading manufacturer of electronics in Hell; he might be erroneously called the TV or Video Demon, but really he's more like the Electronic Demon.
Vox's biggest strength is that he's incredibly progressive and innovative, and he's one of the first of the younger Overlords that filled the power vacuum left by Alastor's terror campaign through Pride decades ago, so he figured out that the best way to get a leg up was to diversify into all manners of electronics instead of only sticking to TV, which is why Vox likes to think himself superior to Alastor; the Radio Demon may be older and stronger, but he's borderline technophobic and only sticks to what he knows and what's given him power already. Of course the irony is that Alastor's control of all things radio is actually a massive threat to Vox's empire, not only because radio is a tried and tested medium, but because a lot of Vox's modern tech relies on radio signals to work, whereas Alastor's radios can function even without Vox's networks, or even without direct access to the electrical grid that Vox has plugged himself into by way of battery-powered portable radio devices.
Velvet is the Social Media Demon that keeps up with all the latest trends and fashions, and essentially has her hands on the power of influencer culture and the vast amounts of information that funnels through social media. She calls herself the 'backbone of the Vs', and she's not entirely wrong because Vox himself can't keep up with all of the social media nonsense she runs, and Valentino is too narrow-minded to stay relevant forever despite his stranglehold on the porn industry.
On that note, Valentino basically has a monopoly on porn and film in Hell, to the point where it might be more accurate to label him the Film Demon instead of just the Porn Demon. All of the TV shows and movies that Vox runs on his network come from Valentino, so while Vox hosts it all, Valentino is the one really in charge of the entertainment industry in Pride, and he also has his fingers in the drug industry as well since he himself is the source of a drug that he proliferates throughout Hell and gets people addicted to.

Thought I'd toss my hat in for a quick clear up: Vox is actually in charge as he is the oldest of the Vees (Longer a Sinner has been in hell = the more deals made = the more power) it's just that the hold of Voxtech grew when he joined up with Valentino and Velvette as they brought Pride's Porn industry and Social Media/Fashion under their shared control. And surprisingly Vox is the level headed one in the group and, fun fact, Velvette is the youngest Overlord of the Pride Ring.
Pretty sure Velvet is the only member of the Vees that can count as level headed.

The Vs handle different aspects of media. Velvet handles social media, like tiktok and twitter, valentino is the adult industry. Vox handles television programs and acts as their center piece as it's his tech and his screens the others put their content on.
It's been speculated that the reason why Vox lost his signal but Alastor did not, is that all of his technology still relies on *radio waves* to send their signals. And as a result, no matter how much more "advanced" Vox is, in the end he's always at Alastor's mercy.
Not really, it's just Vox did it himself, you see, Vox can affect electricity directly or inadvertently through his emotions, since he was live streaming that time, him raging caused the entire Pentagram city blackout as the result.

It’s important to keep in mind that Alister loves attention, so it would make sense that he cares about what the papers would say. He might also hold the papers, a more dated form of communication, in higher regard than the news (which is why he’s not necessarily worried about Vox’s smear campaign)
Also, Vox and Valentino seem to both equally be manipulative in their relationship, and not necessarily one over the other. They are both bad people who think they’re hot shit.
I can only see Vox and Valentinos relationship as the Kingpin and his severely psychotic pet

The demons are divided into two macro groups: the hellborns and the sinners
The sinners cannot die in hell except if they are killed by angelic weapons or by peculiar magic (like Alastor's magic)
In all the other situations the sinner, killed before, will reform/regenerate himself

Where are fans getting this information from? Is the creator doing information dumps on X or something of the sort? I've seen the "hellborn" concept floating around for weeks, but I've no idea what it's basis is, and I've been trying to figure it out for a while.

You might be the first reactor that didn’t freak out about Alastor’s demon form. As for the rest of the episodes I’ve seen people get away with watching it on prime and just using an overlay like you do and pausing every now and then to avoid copyright.

Radio really killed television. The bluetooth speaker has an antenna for listening to the FM range. Even though the government has destroyed a couple of radio stations, you can get information from some radio stations, not like on TV.

Given that in episode 4 the Poison MV Vox looked unhappy as soon as he noticed Angel was watching him and Valentino, I think Vox actually does dislike Angel probably because Valentino complains about Angel to him a lot and that annoys him.
Also if you look carefully you can find more than 8 Vox's cameras in Valentino's room lol. Their relationship is so funny.

The characters used to have official Instagram accounts most are inactive now on those accounts it showed that val was physically abusive to vox even smashing his screen. Val is based on a moth and vox and val had (not sure if still cannon) a shark called Vark

Angel’s contract is something like full control when he’s in the sex studio. Thus the gaslighting and drugs to keep him coming back. But Angel has been staying at the Hasbin, rent free, so he doesn’t have to go back the studio to make money.

I wouldn't try to find some secret meaning behind their change of voice and distortions. I think it's just a mean of expression, just like intonation. And they can use just as a mannerism or to emphasise something. + they're media people, so it's logical they their speech is more energetic filled with specific intonations.
Technically the blackout only happened in pentagram city. There are other cities in the pride ring like imp city where the immediate murder professionals have there business In helluva boss.

Like I mentioned on the poll, if you have a moral problem with reacting to the content behind a paywall you can just use a timer instead of the video. That way people who have it can follow along and those that don’t can’t. Plus it’d remove any potential copyright issues.

Pretty sure it depends on their emotional state. Like Val for instance. He seems to adopt a more European accent when he's calm.
I would highly recommend you to pause at least twice as less as you usually do, it would definitely make your reactions more enjoyable to watch and your theories better structured as you shouldn't waste time to guess everything which is explained in next sentence.
I think Vox was excited about Angel moving because he's jealous of how much time Val spends with him.

To be honest, I’m pretty sure you could get away with reacting to the show if you keep that overlay and muffle the audio a bit.
If you're do the rest. Do a similar format to this and it broken up (even not showing the footage at all and maybe a timestamp to sync up)
