Civility Saves Lives at The Ralph - Dan Tipney - Veterinary CPD

In this session we explore how to define incivility and how to manage the complexity that comes with the subjective nature of behaviour.
Also discussed was the impact of team behaviour on individuals, teams, practices, and the safe delivery of patient care. Based upon our collaboration with a pioneering initiative within the NHS, we examined how, quite literally- civility saves lives, together with advice on how to manage events where interactions are perceived as rude or uncivil.
