@@couchcollectiblesI have a lot as well, including all from 1939-1945 uncirculated. Most of mine are only worth bullion value, as they are low grades and likely circulated until the very late 1970s.
I try to balance your videos and the auctions schedule for coin ideas. Both me and my mom are a fan of the Mercury Dime. We both agreed that the older coins are much better designed than the modern ones.
My step dad - collector for about 50 yrs - was teaching me (until he fell) and sadly now has dementia. He still enjoys coins, but he doesn't remember grading (and only gets worse)!
Enjoy your life, don't take a moment for granted, and tell the people in your life that you love them, cause things can change without warning. 😭 They did for me! Start your 2020 off right. 🎇

1919 is my favorite year idk why, I've got some cool Canadian stuff from 1919 though trying to get one of everything from that year :)
1919 is my favorite year too....my neighbor was born that year! The sweetest man God ever put on this earth!
I have lots of mercury dimes too...used to lose a few teeth as a child and received one for every lost tooth. I kept mine. My sister was greedy; she spent hers on candy. And, once she even knocked a tooth out a bit early....to get another Mercury Dime.

I dug a 1918 and 1919 silver dime this morning. Now I know where to look for the mint mark.
I only need the 16d to complete my album excluding any errors. I do need to go through and look at all of them with magnification for double dies and rpm's.

Great Vid! Qustion: Where do you get coin books that won't damage the coin? When I was a kid, I kept a lot of coins in the old, blue cardboard binders and that ended up ruining a lot of my coins because of the cheap chemicals. I noticed the book you showed on the video with your Mercury Dimes and wondered your thoughts and where you get books like that?

I'm new to collecting coins...i.e. I never walk over any coin on the street. But I cannot read the coins. I have two magnifying glasses and I still cannot read the coin. Can you recommend the best glass for identifying coins? I have 3 mercury dimes at 1936 (1) and 2 at 1941. Thanks

I have a 1916 mercury head but the reverse does not have the fascia. It says One Dime in the center of the dime with olive branches on either side. What is the story with this dime?

I know that this does not pertain to any Mercury or winged Liberty dime but I have a 1943 copper penny that weighs 4.11 grams and in 1944 there is a penny that weighs 4.11 grams and what it is I believe is a twenty centavos planchet but I am new at this game and I am afraid to take it anywhere or have it sent out in the mail to be graded I have looked the coin over extensively with a microscope and it looks absolutely genuine to me but any suggestions would help

I can't find Mercury dimes coin roll hunting anymore.
Those are hard to find but if you buy collections from people that dont know about errors you can search for them.
1901 dime I have what is that worth. I also have a 1927 dime as well. Anyone knows how much they sell for
