Yo! I was going through my 90s dimes making rolls listening. And I remember I have a prestine BU album... I pulled these babies out straight to slips. They look ms 70 with an album tone! Let's go!!!
Years ago I got back some loose change from a vending machine which came a red coated dime. When I used to like selling coins on eBay, I actually sold the copper coated dime for $18.49. I’m still kicking myself for it. It was literally coated all the way around, front and back except for a small silver patch that was exposed. This is how I desrcibed it on eBay: 2001-D (ERROR-US COPPER COATED DIME$$). The person that bought it responded: Wow so RED!!! I love it!!! Thank you a bunch!!! Maybe I should have had it graded before I sold it.
Love the videos with the solid information. I collect mainly pennies now since I am still new at this, but I don't turn my back on any other denomination.
I want to say thanks for being clear on coins that are or can be obtained practically In daily chance even full bands and full steps can be found on a typical day in change. Thanks for being transparent about coins that the average consumer keep an eye out for
I truly enjoy your numismatic informational videos. In this video I couldn't help but notice that you did not mention the rarest full bands dime of them all in the 1990s, the 1991 Denver dime with full bands. I always look forward to your input on any coin you decide to make an informational video about so the 1991 FB Denver dime would be greatly enjoyed by myself and the rest of your RUclips video fan base. Thank you for continuing to help all in the coin collecting world with your numismatic information videos.
Great video guys! Never knew west point minted dimes. I will definetly be buying a set! Nice chunk of change for that mule penny or mule dime. Be nice to come across one of those coin roll huntin! I do collect Roosevelts! Thanks for the info! See you guys tonight!
Yes, i have a few Roosevelt Dimes. I just put a spread sheet together to catalogue the small collection i have. Now when i watch your educational videos, i can check it first. Before i have to look thru the coins i have. Thanks for your efforts J&B.
Nice video! I love the new information, for me. I have never even seen a mule coin, except on video. I would love to have one. Thanks again as I happily make my way through your videos!
Some of these errors are amazing. Amazing that they left the mint! I wonder if before I began collecting if I’ve ever held a mule coin and never knew it. Yes the video was helpful!
I've held an error coin and never realized that it was. Put it along with 50 other coins in a jar and sat it on top of the garbage can during trash day. It was a 1955 Lincoln cent that date look doubled. Wish I had known I could use the coins that this coin sold for.
Very informative. I haven't gotten to look at the pile of dimes from my old piggy banks yet! I've been working on getting through the pennies and quarters first. Wouldn't it be wonderful to find that mule coin? Well, a girl can dream. =)
Another great video. It's very helpful to know what to look for in our pocket change. I most certainly will be looking closer at the dimes from here on out. Thanks J&B.

Hi J&B. Good stuff as always. I ESPECIALLY liked the 1995 mule "11 cent" coin. I continue to learn so much interesting stuff about coins from your videos. Take care and I'll see ya in the next one.
I have a question. I have a 1974 Roosevelt D dime and on the reverse side the "E PLURIBUS UNUM" the letter "i" is missing. Can someone please tell me if this coin is valuable?
Ok so question hopefully you will see. I just bought a box of dimes from the bank and it was sealed. All the same date from the mint. 2020D but many of them seem to have some slight marks from the mint I think. But all brand new uncirculated. I only opened 2 rolls and stopped cause I wasn’t sure if I hit some hidden jackpot. Looking up videos now I found your channel.
