鉄板で焼いてる時に、勢いのあまり具材が飛んでいくとか残ってしまって手前の溝によく落とすところが多い中、
ココはほとんどロスすることなく丁寧に作っているのがすごく好感度UP‼️
共に広島県人の旦那と二人で動画見てて、最初にお好み焼き見た瞬間「きれいだね」って被りました😮すごく形のいいお好み焼き！
この店何回か昼食べに行ったけど、麺は細麺で中華麺ぽいのでめちゃ美味しいです👍

広島のお好み焼きはヘラで押さえる薄型派か自然放置のふんわり派で議論されるけど、ふんわり派が好きな人にはおすすめの店です！
