I love the Clive era so much and miss Clive so much. Clive was THE man. I like Nicko's drumming also very much, no offense in any way. But Clive was really a Genius. The only thing what really pissed me off of Nicko, was his behavior against SONOR.....the way how he left them TWICE. Kicked SONOR in the ass, after all what they have done for him. That was NO gentleman style. And second.....I was not happy that he thought he can tour after his stroke in 2023. He changed all the difficult parts in the songs to an easy and simple way and pretended like nothing has happened and nobody would notice. After many fans asked why he plays so bad on the 2023 tour.....he decided to talk about his stroke. For my opinion way too late. Also a very weird behavior. Most of the Iron Maiden fanboys turned it into a god like story. I don´t.....If I would have been Nicko, having a stroke and realizing that I can not play as good as before..... I would have called ERIC CLAROS in São Paulo Brasil (the Drummer of the Iron Maiden tribute Band "Children of the Beast") and would have asked him to play the drums on the 2023 tour. For my opinion Nicko is ready to retire and he really deserves it.

Nice cover dude! What I always liked about Iron Maiden's drumming is that it's not too pretentious and just sits in the groove and supports the rest of the music around it but still has strength to it.

Hello Edo. Happy new year and all the best for you. Great Cover as always. I start to practice this song and I bought the sheet music of "online drummer". In THEIR sheet music there is always a ghost note on the snare, after the loud snare hit. Is it correct with this ghost note or not? I ask because you don´t play it with ghost notes......I just ask because I don´t know how I should practice it!? Thanks and all the best.
It can be, I play this ghost note on "The Prisoner" in the solo section, probably it's a signature from Clive... I didn't hear here, but I can be wrong!
