Been itchin’ to check out Mt. Penn ever since I heard about that new jump line, but also would love to try my skills on these skinnies. Fun video Sage!
Great video! Another reason Mt Penn is so fun... and challenging! You are the master at riding skinnies! Such great balance and technique. Though the final save in the bloopers was an all time great! 😉
Insane Sage! My shins and ankles just tingled all the way through this video - my mirror neurons were just prepping for a fall, but your amazing skill saw you through! So much fun! Keep pushing my friend!
Thank you for the Berks Trail Works recognition Sage. As you likely know by now who built and maintain all the features in this video. We appreciate the recognition to those that have done the true work. 🤘🏽🎸🤘🏽
I don't want to start any trouble, or pick sides, as I have friends in both groups, but I do appreciate all the hard work. I see your trail maintenance posts in Strava all the time and I am truly grateful Stephan. THANK YOU!
“If you fall to the right well just don’t fall to the right” 😅 i like that ... I guess that’s the way to go! I was trying to figure out what a skinny was but as soon as I saw the imagery it all clicked. That looks like a lot of fun! Haha DUI close to the wine cellar. That’s hilarious. Great video Sage!
Very cool place. You would love jockey hill. It has tons of hidden features and lines bringing you up on these rock walls. It’s pretty cool and there are not obvious. I still find new stuff I haven’t noticed and I’ve ridden passed it 100 times 😂
Mt Penn is my home court, I love this place! That the best feeling right?! When you notice something new on a trail you've been on 100x. I'll have to look into Jockey Hill, never heard of that one.
Great balance on those see saws and skinnies- really awesome video Sage! Talk about a challenging ride! Your explanation and description is top notch! I like when you say- make sure you’re fully committed because of the 10 ft drop - no joke for sure! Your bloopers are the best!! 💯💯 yikes!! What a save!!!
Thanks Kirsten. Your comment makes me think I should work on a video about commitment and the mindset going into big features. Thanks for watching as always.
I know what you mean Sam. We only started playing on that section above Rotary in the last few years. In the past I always just rode by it wishing I could do it and now we are there... It's all about progression right?! How's everything on the injury front?
@@TrailSage well congrats on the progression cuz those are high consequence skinnies (and I'm not just talking mangled derailleurs lol). Re injury I just had a laminectomy/discectomy done so I'm off the bike again for 6 weeks or so, but hope this is the end of things and I can be back to full go for 2022🤞🤞
Nicely put together vid mate! I really like the way you did this... Top quality as always... We have an indoor bike park not too far away that has some low consequence skinnies in it that we always spend a load of time on. They're so much fun to push yourself to clear! :D
Wow, those skinny routes are so cool, don't know of any in Romania. This is some amazing routes for pro's, I definitely wouldn't ride on those with the bike shoes (SPD's). Great video Sage, very good info's about those skinny routes, mate! 👍 Cool bloopers as always, if I would ride over there, I'd make a clip full of bloopers for sure 😁
Sage, an awesome video! I didn't know those were called skinnies. This is one instance where the phrase “If at first, you don't succeed try, try again.” LOL 😆 It must take a lot of tries on some of those skinnies to get it right!
Been itchin’ to check out Mt. Penn ever since I heard about that new jump line, but also would love to try my skills on these skinnies. Fun video Sage!
Get your butts over here! You and Katie would love all the cool stuff on Mt Penn. Thanks for watching.
@@TrailSage we will! Congrats on 1k btw 😀
@@NickandKatieMTB Thx man!

Dude, every time I see that save it makes me laugh. I think we do an excellent job at pushing each other on this stuff. Mt Penn for the WIN!
@@TrailSage it's impossible to see on video just how amazing (and stupidly dangerous) that save really was!
Another local spot to add to my bucket list. Great info Sage! Nice job riding them skinnies!
Thanks Omar. Mt Penn should def be on your list... you will love it!

It’s all good Sage! There’s no need to worry! Keep up the good work.
I now know what a skinny is! Looks cool… another slick production Sage 👍🤩
Thanks James. This one took a while to put together.
Dang! I love how detailed this is.
Thanks Simon. It took a while to put together, but it was worth it.
Great video Sage, those skinny lines look great. Good work, I'll have to practise. Thanks for sharing and keep up the good work buddy. Ride on
It took me so many tries to get some of those Christoph, lol. Thanks for watching brotha!

Good video of some of the classic Mt. Penn tech!
Thanks Kory, this place def has it all!

You are a master of cyclist!
Thank you. Although I don't know about the "Master of Cyclist" lol.
Congrats on 1k subs!

Love these vids, Sage. Some of those stunt setups look tough!

Just don't fall to the right... Seems like good advice 😁👍🏻
No Joke seems aptly named!
@@markg99 lol thx Mark. We thought it was an appropriate title given the difficulty level.
Wow - Super fun, but that's a no from me dog, haha. Love that you linked the trail associations (and the bloopers)
Gotta give the love to all the trail workers making all of this possible. Good luck with the unPAved race Todd, your training should payoff.
@@TrailSage Thanks, Sage. Going to give it my all!
Very good your video
Thanks Mama Vitha
Wow Awesome. These you called skinnies is so hard, just love to watch but. But I'm so afraid even to try on that.
I completely understand JeLan. It took me years of practice before I tried skinnies too. Thanks for watching.
Nice trail my friend...
Thanks Charls
Oh and congrats on the 1000 subs.
Right on, thanks James!
Mucho skills guys!
Thanks Kenny. But I only included half the bloopers. If you saw everything you would probably not think that, lol.
Great vid, Sage. I think I've been to that zone you mentioned at the end, checked it out and it was a big nope for me lol

lol, you should have seen all the clips I left out of the bloopers. The video would have been an hour long ;) Thanks for watching Mihai
Ah dude, those bloopers got me some real scares 😲. Also, I thought you were in Asia again when you said Mt Penn and I heard Phnom Penh... 😅
Ha funny you should mention Asia because there is a huge Pagoda at the top of Mt Penn... so random, lol. Thanks for watching Steph.
@@TrailSage Haha, nice!
Buenas líneas🔥🤘😉
Thank you for watching!
Skinny’s are so tough! I’ve tried a few and need ALOT more practice! You sound a bit congested? Hopefully you are feeling better!
Man your control of bike placement is awesome dude!
Ha “generous at 8 inches” man that’s SKINNY!
Man those bloopers had me cringing! Kept waiting for a broken ankle 😯

Yeah, there's tons of camping at French Creek only 15 mins away.
