Razor Comparison Review: Athena Club vs. Billie

- After the company I was purchasing razors from dissolved, I have been on the hunt to find a new favorite razor for shaving my legs and body. Finding an online company usually means I can get more budget-friendly razors and, of course, limits my store visits in this pandemic.
I subscribed to both Athena Club and Billie to test out their razors and services to see what I liked best. They both carry products geared toward womxn for shaving, cleansing, & moisturizing, while Athena also carries vitamins and period products.
In this video, I'm comparing my experience with both brands and reviewing the products I have tried from each.

this was a great review tyy! the in depth scent description is actually so helpful. The exact scent of things is v important to me. Since making this vid have you tried any of Athena's other scents (rose vanilla, grapefruit)?
Oh, I'm so glad this was helpful! I have a lot of friends with big issues to scents, so I a try to describe that to the best of my ability. It's quite fun too, so I enjoy doing that! I haven't tried the new scents yet, but I am very intrigued! I'll have to add them to my next order!
@@DivineMrsDiva Yeah I have a sensory processing disorder so scents can either make or break my day. I just got the tropical bergamot body wash and I can see where you’re coming from w the wood description. Thankfully it’s a light scent. The razors are awesome tho))
Would you feel comfortable using either razor on your face? And, if not, what razor would you recommend?
They are a bit big and wide for a face razor for my liking. I use the Dollar Shave Club 6-blade razors for my face (and I LOVE their Shave Butter for my face as well). They also have a Rescue Serum that I buy regularly that helps with skin irritation and redness after shaving my face.
I think that Billie and Athena each have pros and cons but you have to figure out what works for you. I’m trying Billie for the first time and really hope that I love it.
All I can do is share my own experience and offer my opinion in the hopes it will help other people choose what works best for them. I wish you luck with Billie. 🙂
@@DivineMrsDiva An update for you! I tried Athena Club and love the shave. Decided not to continue with Billie. Athena handles my thicker hair wonderfully and I'm so Impressed! I'm signed up for the 8 blades every 6 months package.
