    Lior, besides not being paid severance after a frustration of contract the company initiated when they refused to end my Medical leave in addition to not wanting to continue to provide midified duties, the company ( a very large Canadian corporation) has acted in BAD FAITH throughout this ordeal.
    I have initiated a Human Rights complaint now awaiting MEDIATION.
    Besides Common Law damages, severance and Punitive damages, what other damages can we go after these COCK ROACHES for ?
