This is a great explanation of German work culture and expectations. Thanks for sharing! This German culture is quite different than most Eastern cultures. It’s really important to know the differences.
The way you explained all the points was absolutely fabulous. In fact when I personally saw you in the Pune meetup I was like, "Yeah, this is what i need to be."
Great Video Bharat Bhai, Now I am even more inspired to adpot German Work Culture and Work with German Mentality. Glad to hear from You and Bhabhi, from bottom of my heart a big big thank you and lots of love and tons of happiness to both of you. Keep Inspire us with Videos like this. the most informative video I've seen so far. Thanks a lot, guys! I've experienced these attitude from Germans so many times but couldn't structure it. Looking forward to more insights from you. Good luck :)
Bro, it was very informative! And Alina is really nice and humble with good sense of humour haha, everything you said is really helpful! Thank You! I would have literally messed up if, I did not watch this video. Thank You! Waiting for part 2
Respect for others time is really missing in India my Brother was sent to Chennai to give a presentation he was supposed to give a presentation on 25 March when he landed but 2 hours after reaching Chennai he was told by the client company that you are now required to come on 16 April for the same thing imagine he flew from Delhi to Chennai just to give presentation but it was just cancelled at last moment.
Sir, As we know Germany possesses hefty income tax and high GST or VAT or Sales Tax, then why should we consider Germany as an option to study and settle?
Germany is a country where education is free, the atmosphere is clean as compared to India, coming to Taxes yes taxes are as high as 40% but you will have a lot of advantage of it like Public services, Medical Care, Free Education and most important no reservation which is quite important for everyone who is suffering becoz of this system list goes on sir I don't think you why you should consider Germany as place to settle!!!!!
@@prakhar3636 Sir, Clean atmosphere and no reservation can be found in many other countries. I am asking after education when it comes to salary and job Germany imposes heavy taxes compared to Australia, Canada, and the US. So how is Germany different in terms of job scenario and individual growth when compared to other countries?
Hi brother .....I m planning to go to German that I study humanities here please tell me about the good university of humanities n English literature in Germany .......I heartly ask you ....your videos are really effective
@Bharat in Germany! I want your help with writing my reconsideration letter for TU Munich. But the Reconsideration Letter product on your website says 'Out of Stock'
Umm I have a doubt , in this video you are saying that you have started doing internship at the age of 20 , but previously you have said that you have done btech at you state in India , so if we take your age to be 18 while you were in class 12th it would take 4 more years to complete btech degree , so you must be of 22 years old after your graduation , then you have moved to Germany , but now you are saying that you have started doing internship while you were 20 years old , I am kind of in a limbo now , can you please clear this up
Now a days ... the punctuality in Germany is getting lower and lower . the DB bahn are always late. Also with increasing population , you start seeing a lot traffic jams especially in big cities being late is now kinda acceptable. But in general be on time and factor in these issues before hand.
Hey I want to ask few questions related to my studies in Germany! So where should I message you!! I mean do you have any group on Facebook or Instagram or any other social media? If a person wants to share his some personal information regarding his/her career?
I don't think it's only German..it's most of the Europe and the west. It seems boring .. just doing 9-5 like this.. no offence .. those work days do not have any interesting turnaround s everyday.. except time management.. everything seems to be too strict and tight scheduled .. in India if we get along with our bosses. We call for samosas and chai in his cabin and later go for a drink. Although we have to work late that day .. but does it matter if UA having fun at work. In German work-life I would have adapted coz I am good at adapting but I would not have enjoyed working. But it's interesting to see how u people manage this.. but I am sure u guys have not many interesting stories to tell from your work life. India is a different planet all together so I suggest not to compare India with other countries.. we just lack in time and waste manage coz of the huge population.. in time it will get fixed too.
Most of the things about work culture in offices of India are not correct any more. Infact in my last 2 IT organizations i was never denied leaves, or high work pressure. Infact I am usually the one to decide how much I would work and the deadlines. Gone are the days when service companies will treat employees like slaves.
i want to do masters in civil engineering from germany. after 2 months i will be graduated. plz suggest what should i do for my masters degree in civil engineering. reply plz
Hey! Even iam graduating within a month doing my civil Engineering. I've applied for some clgs in Germany for my masters. If you want o know...it will be glad to help ya. 😁
ok dude how many years did you work? i mean its the same all over the world that you have to work to achieve the target and also you have not worked in india at all so you have no idea about how it works here, people are loving and the work atmosphere is excellent and the girl in this video talked about money, that boss are really good that they trust you and send you to deposit money to bank, i have done the same like i use to travel with lacs of money in mumbai local train. It will be nice if you stick to just educational video...other than that you dont even have experience to speak about anything. do you even know a single charity over there to donate or how people live if they have no job or anything like that!
and you talk about the politeness in university while talking to HOD/Principle and she was annoyed that why do you have to be so polite about it? because he is head of university just like your German boss, who don't want to listen to your long lectures and want you to talk on point cuz they dont want to get bothered by you. In both case the attitude is on same level. Respect is what is taught in India, you know nothing dude.
