for education purposes lol. why sometimes when guard crosses over they bring their foot all the way over on its side. ive seen my fav guards do this but i never understood because i dont ever find myself doing it. is it a skill thing i gotta aquire or sum
@@yoyotengogo6542 handle improved drastically, but you have to continue to work on it everyday to keep the tight handles. Time to move on to more difficult drills when I can do these in combo moves in live action
