    Tyler Relph, named “Mr. Basketball” and was recruited to play in the Big East, in 2009 he was ready to take on the pros when a career ending injury made him discover his next passion while Coaching Division 1 at St Bonaventure. He fell in love with working with players and studying how to make players better!       I know right? First time I did this, found new flexibility on my hips and kinda unlocked new mobility related to ball handling.

      QweModer Gaming maybe you already have that hip flexibility to begin with.
      I felt the whole thing when l lowered my core to speed up.

      @CarloVelasco Try dribbling the basketball 🏀 with just your fingertips NOT the palm of your hand or base of your fingers.
      You will build strength in your fingers that will help you dribble the basketball 🏀 better.

    for education purposes lol. why sometimes when guard crosses over they bring their foot all the way over on its side. ive seen my fav guards do this but i never understood because i dont ever find myself doing it. is it a skill thing i gotta aquire or sum

    When I try touch to get my ankles touching the ground my quad kinda hurts. Maybe I’m not use to bending down like that

      @@yoyotengogo6542 handle improved drastically, but you have to continue to work on it everyday to keep the tight handles. Time to move on to more difficult drills when I can do these in combo moves in live action
