I know right? First time I did this, found new flexibility on my hips and kinda unlocked new mobility related to ball handling.

for education purposes lol. why sometimes when guard crosses over they bring their foot all the way over on its side. ive seen my fav guards do this but i never understood because i dont ever find myself doing it. is it a skill thing i gotta aquire or sum

@@yoyotengogo6542 handle improved drastically, but you have to continue to work on it everyday to keep the tight handles. Time to move on to more difficult drills when I can do these in combo moves in live action
