6:40 Ah the Matsumoto Batsu Game Parody, a classic scene! For those of you that don't know, Matsumoto Hitoshi and his longtime friend, Hamada Masatoshi, are the comedy duo Downtown and hosts of a show on NTV called Gaki No Tsukai. In this scenario, Matsumoto lost a bet to Hamada in which team would win the Kohaku Singing Competition. So as punishment, he had to dress up as the NTV dove and do the intro. This is not the first time Matsumoto had to do the intro to NTV. On January 19, 1992, Matsumoto had dress up as the SMPTE color bars testcard prior to the Morning News broadcast 'Live' on TV and say "BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEPPPPPPPPPPPPP!" as punishment for, like in 1993, losing the Kohaku bet.
Trivia : Nippon TV is home of animes (most comes from YTV) like Anpanman, Detective Conan, Hunter & Hunter, Inuyasha, 1980 Astro Boy, 1973 Doraemon and Yatterman. Shows like Kasen Taisho (the show where Matsuchan parodied the ID) and Block Out (wall game) are also licenced to be aired in my country.
