My testosterone is 380, I have all the symptoms but the NHS doesn’t want to know, I can’t afford to go private. Ive bought some Testosterone from an online company but haven’t taken it yet as I’m worried about side effects and how I’d deal with them without a doctors guidance, I’m really stuck on what to do, I just want to feel better!
I was on testosterone for 15 years and started having issues. Drs dont know the long term side effects. I tried many different protocols. Jumped off and did lifestyle changes, mainly diet and my TT flutates between 550 and 700. I'm not against TRT but guys try lifestyle changes before you go on TRT.
It's great that you've found a balance with lifestyle changes! Your experience can really help others consider their options carefully before jumping into TRT.
Hi, Mike Was just wondering whether you would ever consider adding an option to test Testosterone levels via the LC-MS/MS methodology onto the Balance My Hormones website? LC-MS/MS testing doesn't seem to be as readily available in the UK compared to the US but The Doctors Laboratory in London seem to have recently added LC-MS/MS Testosterone testing.
We’ve been testing lc-ms for oestradiol for years. We can organise one for testosterone but it can take nearly a month to get results back as TDL sends it out and don’t do it themselves. Contact BMH and we can try to arrange it for you. BalanceMyHormones.co.uk
@@balancemyhormonesOk had a feeling it was sent out, according to their website the turnaround time is 5-7 days so I thought the testing might be done in-house. Does the LC-MS Oestradiol mean you can test for Oestradiol, sensitive like LabCorp does in the US?
Very informative and nicely delivered talk 🙂
Glad you liked it!

What were your levels before you got on TRT?
