They have found out a lot more about asthma and one of the most serious is the Ensofil asthma condition. I thought that I was having allergies and so I took Benadryl In the end I am now on oxygen in my older age because I didn't know I should have stayed on the asthma medication and continue to use it whenever I felt dizzy or started coughing etc because coughing even sneezing can be a sign of an asthma attack It may not be that serious but one day your lungs just won't be able to fend off the problems. I thought especially after I turned 23 that I really didn't need those inhalers anymore or anything like that I was so wrong and it is so common once an asthmatic you are always an asthmatic especially if you have encephal which is a different type of asthma You may think that you have a cold or pneumonia and instead you're literally drowning from an asthma attack cuz your white cells attack your lungs I didn't know that my white cells were attacking my lungs were so long that my lungs ended up permanently damaged. Please never ignore asthma it stays with you your whole life It means that your lungs are sensitive to irritations In the world and you can also have inso feel asthma which is an autoimmune condition.

I saw this programme and my idiot of a husband who was watching it said "you're being a drama queen with your asthma".... I'd had an asthma attack 2 wks previously, because I was HYPER allergic to his damned vaping, sat in his chair. I had a partially collapsed lung AND pneumonia on top! Programmes like this need to be FAR MUCH more realistic for medical safety reasons. I was supposed to be a Dr, but they stopped my dream job training, because of my health!
