    Dear Mr Goh,
I can't thank you enough for this video. I have had breathing problems my whole life (turning 48 tomorrow). I got a CPAP machine (w/ nasal pillow) back in 2006 for sleep apnea, which I use every night, but sometimes I have trouble breathing through my nose. Shortly afterward I became addicted to nasal spray (Afrin) and it was a major task to break the habit. Finally, in 2007 I broke my reliance on it and also had a septoplasty with turbinate reduction procedure. It helped tremendously, but this past year, after 15 years, I have been having more trouble breathing through my nose again.
I fear getting addicted to nasal spray again so when I have been desperate for sleep I will use it, but only for one night. If I need it again I will only do so after about a week later. I juggle all types of things to help like essential oils on a cotton pad near my CPAP intake, Vicks Vapo Rub on my feet, Rootology Breathe Free supplement, and even Advil Cold & Sinus. All of those help, but it was a constant struggle....until 2 nights ago.
I have been doing this nasal massage for 2 days now, and.... Wow! I can't believe it! It has opened me up nearly as well as nasal spray (probably 90% as effective, with no dependency).
My only fear now is that it will stop working for some unknown reason. If this continues to work like this forever, I will be eternally grateful! I promise this is not hyperbole or exaggeration....this is life changing! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
    Shane

There are a few tips worth trying
use a saline rinse - this is a great way to keep your nose healthy
cook with chili peppers - chilis have capsaicin which helps shrink nose polyps .
Use Tea Tree Oil - dilute first then swab the polyps with it - this can shrink polpys and reduce symptoms.
Eat more food with high levels of anioxidants - broccoli, citrus fruits etc - these help reduce nose polyps naturally.
(I learned these and the reasons they work on jits polyp plan website )

@austingohofficial THANK YOU 🙏🏼 Before running into your post I was looking into Turbinate reduction because of my enlarged ones. Then saw the possibility of getting ENS after the surgery. God forbid anyone gets that from what I’ve heard and seen and it has a 98% suicide rate. After hearing that I knew surgery would not be the answer.
I’ve been suffering from congestion, stuffiness, blockages for years especially cuz of allergies. I’ve also been using Nose drops like 7 times a day for years! This has been only 1 week since I’ve been doing these exercises on this post twice a day. I went from using my nose drops 7 to 10 times a day to twice a day only. It’s unreal, you are God to me. I’ve been actually sleeping at night and enjoying breathing throughout the day. Hopefully soon I stop using these nose drops and breathe on my own. Update .......no benefit found from procedure. However I worked it out. For around two yrs I have had inflamed turbinate's and more on one side than the other. You have to try and work out what has changed, what are you doing that can cause irritation. Your body is telling you it isn't happy with something. We changed our diet 2 yrs ago to carnivore, eating meat and animal products, which brought fantastic health benefits. Including the unwelcome nasal irritation, which with some research could have been oxalate dumping, which I ruled out. Then the penny dropped, I have been BBQing several nights per week, as I love the chard charcoal taste of the meat. However lighting the BBQ can be a very smoky affair and my nose blockage is worse during a BBQ .........having taken BBQing out of the equation I have cured my nasal issues 100%. I will give it another few days of cooking on gas and then go back to BBQ and keep my head away from the smoke from the initial start up and see how it goes ..........I hope this maybe of use to those with inflamed turbinate's, because I know how depressing this can be, when you can't speak or breath properly. There will be a reason for the irritation, you just need to figure out what it is ........good luck !!

ENT are horrible. I have a clearly deviated septum and my nose grew wrong at the top its like lodged into my skull wrong. It is so obvious. Yet the ENT keeps prescribing "flo nase" and telling me to come back in 2 weeks. Over and over! Finally I said. Look Im not here to do flo nase. Im looking for surgery. I am literelly awale at 4 am right now because I cant sleep! I found myself doing the tongue thing and constantly kneeling into my bed and pushing my head into my pillow just to breathe. Anyway finally he says I can do surgery. And he wants to do turbinate reduction with a scalpal. ! I read about that. I read that it can make the turbinate worse ! You need a healthy turbinate to feel the sensation of air going in your nose it tells the brain youre getting air the nervous system is linked to the cardiovascular system through the turbinates. It is like a sensor in your car that tells one system to regulate the other! A bad side effect of turbinate reduction is Empty Nose Syndrome ! It causes suicide ! I dont want that ! This doctor didnt want to hear my questions and cancelled the surgery !

Ok so I have VERY severely inflamed Turbinates. I’m waiting for a turbinate reduction. I was desperate and thought I’d try this and it actually does work. I can’t say how long Because I’m about to lay down and go to sleep and I’m sure I will get clogged back up again but I’m definitely doing this again!

The less I battle, gargle my throat to combat the post nasal drip and/or the tight turbinates reduced airway in nostrils, I have at this point (years post septoplasty w/ turbinate reduction) found the better off I am. I'll have to, at times upon awakening, stand up and await what is basically, the one, and/or both nostril/s, to open up more fully so I can breathe better (it's rough). Hoping this technique will help, just found the video. One recommendation I can make is for 'sesame oil' and 'rose geranium' spray or saline, I found some on Amazon and anytime my nose gets crusty, especially in the winters or like after the septoplasty for years it was recovering in there, but either inhaling some into the nasal cavities or just using a q tip dipped in the saline, is so so good for helping it heal, moisturizing and relieving in there!

I was very skeptical when I first started watching but I did go through all the steps and I was amazed at how much clearer the enlarged turbinate side felt afterwards. @@Mietek377 I'm not sure that I've noticed a size reduction yet, I think it's just a matter of moving the turbinate around that anything in sinus is able to come out - especially from the one exercise of having to blow out of each nostril. My right nostril was pretty much completely blocked up.. it started draining within seconds of starting this. I mean it was instant relief!!Unbelievable. Didn’t even realize it was blocked up with so much mucous because it gets to the point where you feel like it’s swollen in there and trying to inhale wasnt possible. lol . I have a deviated septum so I’m usually always stuffy, but over a week later and I haven’t had any stuffiness in right nostril at all. Still can’t believe this worked.

Dealing with swollen turbines on and off for awhile now. Just came across this video. Going to give it a try and see if it helps. The only thing I’ve found so far that helps alleviate the swelling in my nose, is taking a Q-tip and putting 2-3 drops of “Tea Tree Oil” on it and rubbing it in the inside of my nostrils before going to bed. It really does help big time! Just wish I didn’t have to keep on using it daily. If I forget to do it one day, then my nose is back being swollen. Also, I suggest checking all air conditioner filters, and/or heating vents/filters. Change them out/wash them if they’re dirty. One more thing, a cool mist humidifier is a worthy investment. Mine broke a few months ago. Seems my nose is more swollen now then it’s ever been, along with more occasional sore throats. Ugh. Seriously need to invest in a new one! I’ll update after I try the technique in this video for 3 weeks and let you know how it goes… 🤞🏼

I didn’t need the help from this video, but I thought I would be a good place to reach you... anyways, you are a really great person and ever since I had my ears clogged in the car and found you video, I always go to you first for any minor medical issue. And 9/10 times you have a video that is up explaining what to do and it almost always helps. I just want to say that I literally have left a total of like 3 good reviews in my entire life to business/people. I just had to take the time to thank you because you truly try your best to help anyone that you can and you are a very respectable person. Thank you for everything!!!
