Usually you build her for max strength to nuke base path/low sp enemies, in this case it is for pillage. Her abilities do not kill very easily at level cap and mostly function as pretty effective crowd control I do not think steadfast is necessary since if you are playing her with a reasonable kpm her abilities (besides pillage) should be up infinitely For her companion, it is up to preference as always
Some easy meta frames are revenant, octavia, and ash, and you can run them with the Dual Toxocyst incarnon, Furis incarnon, Magistar slam, Ceramic Dagger, Glaives (Glaive prime/Cerata/Falcor/Xoris for mob clear) These should be good for you to start out with, but you can make any frame you’d like work with a lot of different stuff. You can look online for what people did to make various frames work
Yes, it is +cc/cd/aspd/-. Not super awesome but not that bad. Slam builds are really mostly effective with crescendo, Nira mods, and other slam support, so rivens are not really mandatory if you're worried about that
