I have timney triggers on 3 other guns and they are great, except for 1 MP 2.0 where there is something off speck with their plunger and I have still to hear a solution from them. But for the scorpion I just changed the trigger and disconnector springs for $12 (HB Industries kit) and got to a consistent 4.5lbs. Good enough for a range toy! Instead I used the $300 on an upgraded bolt with hand and eye surgery insurance.
I have an EVO 3+ which I've heard has a better trigger than the old models....it's still terrible. Dropped in the TImney and it's 1000 times better. Pretty easy drop in trigger, only issue I had was that it also sets the poundage to click the safety on and off, just took a couple to get that set to where I wanted it.
@@mattwalters6834 I mean it changes how difficult it is to flip the safety on/off and by default when I put it in it basically couldn't move. Had to loosen up the detent screw that controlled it a little.
But damn watch out with that 1lbs spring in the timney, this thing does so easily bump fire even in ADS... with a little practice makes the scorpion full auto. But it sucks if this dq s you at competitions
Late reply but all scorpions are like this. It's due to variances in the polymer upper and lower, so they wobble a little bit. In my experience it isn't noticeable while shooting though, but they're are shim kits and larger retaining pin kits to "fix" it. HBI's enlarger retainer pin is like $5-10 and fixes it
DAMN! This is all I need to see. Once I have one of these my Scorpion will be complete. Thanks for the video.

You mean pulling the trigger moved the safety or the safety selector being actuated changes the poundage?

my 3+ micro went from a 7lb pull to wayyy to light 1lb 12oz (average of 10 pulls for both). Gonna try the 5.5 lb spring
Jeez 1lbs? You can trigger that with a well placed fart! 💨
Neat, does it come with all of the necessary parts and screws?
This was a while back but from what I remember, everything needed to install was included.
Hey Brother. Can i use your, dashcam videos, with credit, ?,
have u considered washing your hands tho
Poundage?
I need someone to sponsor me lol. Haven’t bought a pull tester yet. I’ll make an update video once I pick one up.

Hope you get one. But not from me, coming from a third world country 🤣🤣🤣
Why the lower is wabbling when you press the trigger
2.25 lb
It’s 3lbs tested
Why does the entire trigger pack shift when the trigger breaks?
My guess....
Cz lower (trigger box) is loose from upper. Almost all are. They make shims to minimize spacing that causes this issue.
