HOUSE TOUR | Luxurious Pool House with a Mix of Materials and Textures

This week @DesignerHomeTours , interior designer Lexie Saine gives us a tour of her latest project, a modern and luxurious pool house in Menlo Park, California.
The pool house is designed to seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor living, with large windows and doors that open up to the pool area. The interior is decorated in a clean and modern style, with white walls, gray cabinetry, and pops of color from the Ann Sacks tiles.
Some of the key elements of the design include:
The Basillio in Oyster floor tiles, which create a spacious and luxurious feel.
The Idris collection in White's terracotta backsplash, which adds a touch of warmth and texture to the kitchen.
The Savoy collection in Lantern tiles, which add a touch of luxury to the bathroom.
The Platform tile flooring in the guest room, which is both durable and easy to maintain.
Lexie Saine also shares her tips for designing a small space, such as starting with a focal point and choosing large-scale elements.
