Food is not seeing like what we have in India. They are quite different in spices,color and cooking because samosa is cooked too much and became light reddish black but exactly samosa is fried in oil till it dont become golden in color
Manik Dey even in India u don't found the vegetables cooked in same colour ....every state add different spices and colour ... just enjoy
