Here is a quick and easy demonstration video on how to change out the dead / weak battery in your Ford. All you need is your new 2450 battery and a small flat blade screwdriver. First start by sliding out your emergency key and using that to pry the back off of the fob. Then take your screwdriver and pry out the dead 2450 battery.

How do you take the PCB board out of the fob?
nice video - but uh oh I'm still in the dark. Mine doesn't look like that. It's from a 2010 ford. I don't see any way of opening it. I will see if there are other videos.
