I found your channel not too long ago and would keep swiping even though I do the same thing as you do, I thought of it as I work all day why would I wanna see it when I’m not working. After I got out of that mindset I started watching your videos every time they came up and I’ve learned so many tricks keep up the badass work!

I do find it very interesting that Colorado does a lot of knockdown texture walls. It's good to know how to do knockdown even if it's not common. Here in Georgia (unless it was done by the homeowner) more expensive homes have knockdown texture.

What's the cost for a job like this running?

You’re lucky you have knock down texture. I have to deal with orange peel and it’s annoying to try and match.

How much do you charge for a job like this? Especially because you always mention working with someone else it must be a little high

Been doing drywall for 6 years and never had a repair patch crack and I don’t use tape. Hot mud or AP by itself is strong enough to hold everything in place.

How do you know it doesn't?
Do you go back to every customer and check In with them?
I'd be surprised and impressed if any patches larger than 6" with no mesh tape haven't cracked

@@smokahs it adds strength and resistance from the inevitable house movements, which is a leading cause in cracks
