It was at first for me too, but surprisingly it got boring to pretty fast, after a fourth listen through it, it just doesn't seem as much fun. Maybe it's because it's so over the top? Which is still weird, since I can listen to some complex stuff on and on, but for some reason it's not the case here.
As complex as it is, it's kinda repetitive after you get the Iglooghost dynamics. i still love this album, but yeah, an 8 it's kinda apropiate for this one...

I saw this album at my local music store and was so interested, I bought the superorganism album and left. I came back to listen to iglooghost and now I'm sad that I didn't buy that album earlier.

Accurate rate. I love iglooghost but I think he needs to diversify on the next release and put more work into the slower songs. The first couple minutes of Infinite Mint were mindblowing and one of my highlights on the album but it quickly starts to drag for the remaining 4 or so minutes. I'm kinda hoping he throws out the sonic palette he's currently working with--he definitely nailed his trademark sound on the album but at the same time the sample selection and song structures have been very similar since Chinese Nu Year (aside from the introduction of horns and some more acoustic type sounds).

My favorite album this whole year.
I listened to this album. Very satisfying to hear a full length from Iglooghost. It can get a bit stale by the end but overall very enjoyable.
I'm a little surprised by an 8, but yeah I can see it. It was a 7 for me personally.

Dear Anthony, I know here isn't the right place for me to be writing this, but: I loved the collab review video that you did with 88rising for the G-Dragon's most recent album/EP, and that for me was one of my most notorious dreams to come true, not the review itself, but, let me tell some real facts:
I've been following you and your videos, on all channels, podcasts and etc. for more than 1 year or so, and I've grown my taste in hip-hop even more with your help, even my english skills with your rich vocabulary, haha. But now I'm gonna tell you the funny side of all this, I've been in the Korean Music (K Pop and KHipHop) for too many years, more than I would expected to be, almost 8 years of my music library is filled with different artists and genres of this beautiful country, and I've gotta tell you that, their hip hop scene is a huge, skillful and enjoyable sphere to dive in. My most "preciseful" word to describe their work and passion for hip hop is a "Tribute" to american hip hop, their american hip hop influences are all-over the place, but they've got their unique style too, and their production, their way to do live shows, their professionalism, their delivery are extremely on point, and labels, crews, they are very interesting! They got their own survival realirty show for hiphop, its called Show Me The Money and just ended its 6th Season, and for the 3rd time consecutively they holded auditions for it in the US, with huge guests like Snoop Dogg, Timbaland and in this season with the producer Swizz Beatz! I know that sounds a little bit biased, but I'm in this road for too many time to evaluate those opinions beyond my tastes.
Cutting straight out to the point, I'm asking you very kindly, if you already didn't did this because you're are as the same as curious as me, to sit down and make a HUGE search/listening beyond this new taste in music, I know there's an enormous language barrier between, but music transcends those matters, and their scene is growing extremely fast, making the Occident eyes more curious about the buzz that they're making. So, with this all have been said, and finally could been doing it, writing this to you, I will try to enlist some of the best artist that you can look up to, trying to label their styles as minimal as possible. And for last but not most, a huge thank you, to you and yourself, for having this courage and inspiring others to do so, delivering this amount of content AND quality throughout all those years.
