The suction it's to strong for the floors but if you are strong I don't see why not. Don't use it on plastic fake wood floors it will lift it 👆

Just got done using mine for the first time. It is incredibly powerful, but to the other commenter's point, it's so strong it's hard to push back and forth on the floor. It just sucks too hard and gets stuck to the floor. I'm going to try and get a roller type head and maybe that would help.
