@@marcoscarmona8136no they come with cables just the singles don’t and yes it hurt to buy that single cable for $20. The 3 fan set and cooler both comes with cables and the cooler comes with a hub
I would say that it depends on what you are going with as an alternative. If you want the non-link equivalent (also 34 leds), the QL fans, they are almost as expensive if you order directly from corsair (where I live at least, and you might get them cheaper on other stores). So, if you are to choose between the 2, I would qx are worth the extra. If, on the other hand, you are going with another model, then yeah, too expensive
I treated me with this and I love it. Less cables, so easy to build and looks so clean, just like a pro youtuber… costly but if you can afford it’s really worth it, I had a commander pro , nodes etc before, all gone…
I need to get more 90° cables...and i'm gonna see if I can find a longer micro usb to internal usb header wire. The one provided is just a bit too short for the o11 dynamic evo
Did you have to put the AIO into the case the way you did in this build using these fans or can you put the AIO around the other way. The only reason I am asking this because the not certain what you call them are hitting of the rear fan,
That 4000D Side panel glass looks like it's clear glass. Not the limo tint it has on mine. The 220T has clear glass, the 4000D has this god awful dark tint makes you crank up the RGB to full brightness.
Where do I plug in my icue link hub if I have a 4070 ti super and a b650 arous elite ax ryzen 7800x3d cpu cooler deep cooler ax620 the 4070 ti super with the same psu corsair
Do you know if I can fit the Corsair link 240mm AIO in the top of the 4000D airflow case with Corsair vengeance RGB pro ram? I haven’t been able to get a clear answer
Your setup, AIO, 3 front fans and rear exhaust plus any cables ($20 each) runs $410+ any cables. About the price of a nice motherboard, CPU or a washing machine, which I need more. Congrats for running AIO hoses from rear of case and not over the ARGB ram and using extensions w/combs. I have this case and I got a 90 degree adapter for the 24 pin power cable and 90 degree USB 3.0 extension to run those cables straight out under cable cover.

Yeah Corsair has finally outdid themselves for something really innovative with ICUE link, after that I am definitely willing to try them out myself for a 1st build, and for Amd ryzen stuck between 7600X or 7700 for casual gaming not serious.
@@BigDavosexcept lian li can only chain 3 fans this can chain 7 per port for a total of 14. It is over priced though. 150 for a starter kit and 50 per fan after
The fans are absolutely fantastic, … but sadly the pumps suck hard. Super noisy, only presets for pump speed and all of them are crazy noisy.. what are super silent fans good for if the pump drives you crazy with high frequent shrill sounds. Cooling wise its pretty good tho.
Wow this Corsair iCUE link system is slick! So can you still connect and use other non-iCUE link components with this sytem? I don't want to have to upgrade all the components at once and do this in steps.
Paid about the same price for my Cooler Master AIO and 8 Halo 120 fans. Already spent a few hours doing cable management. That and the price plus foolishly spending money on proprietary Chinese junk fans, prevents me from getting this rig. Hopefully, the price will go down and not up due to popularity or get cancelled due to manufacturing costs. Classy build, thanks for it.
Weird question: I really like the color on these fans - will I be able to get those colors on other corsair fans (ll120 through icue updated software) or is it unique to these QX fans only?
I just built my gaming pc using icue link with 13700k and a 4070 and when i play warframe the game is smooth but my cpu temperature rises op to 65 degree and my fans gets loud. Can anyone help me
with this new system you still have cables but coming from the controller and you'll need 2 controllers if running more than 6 fans which is more typical with higher end builds ( 3 front, 3 top for AIO or just fans plus 1 in the rear ) so that's 4 cables coming from the controller - daisy chained the rear fan to the 2 top AIO fans so that's a extra cable- it is a nice reduction but too pricey for most, I just don't like Corsair software
The controller manages 14 devices (2x7). That whole build of 6 fans and pump could have run just one side of the controller, it was just more convenient to use both. You really have to try hard to blow past the limit and require 2 controllers.
Corsair Make a Some Thing Different in Every Year for PC Technology !!! i Really Like to will Work With Corsair Eco System One Day when i build system one day in Future 😍
The cost is too expensive to even consider. $160 for 3 fans and controller and $50 individual fan.
They also don’t Include cables to use you have to buy them in a set 😢
Idc I still am getting them for my build just for the convenience lol.

Did you apply new thermal compound to the new CPU after you swapped out the wrong CPU?

You need to set a curve for temps in Icue there are many tutos on the net
I personally love cable management
Mid eighties when idling. Something not right!
I m not sure he completely repasted the cpu after replacing the wrong one maybe that's why?
Can each fan or fan set be controlled individually? If not then I don’t think this is very useful other than less cables.
You can set an RGB mode like Time Warp separately for each fan. You can also set the speed of each fan separately.

It's the default setting, you can literally set every single LED to whatever you prefer.
