After making this tutorial, I adjusted the following timing (removed the 2.0s delay on gear retract):
LS1: Delay before inactive : 2.0s (reduced from 4.0s)
LS2: Delay before inactive : 0.0s (reduced from 2.0s)

Does the door servo and retract motor use the same receiver input via y leads?
no they would be on separate channels
