¡Buenos días! Thanks for watching. I'm not a teacher at all. Just a person trying my best to learn and sharing what was working for me. It may be a lifelong pursuit for both of us 💛
Great advice Stacy...its exactly how i am learning. I chat with taxi drivers, vendors, people on the street ...everywhere ! I already see improvements. Most people happily correct your pronunciation ..I love it ! Thank you
Hola Stacy! Thrilled you have started your YT channel! You have a wealth of information to share with us all including this muy importante topic! Thank you so much for creating this video b/c I needed a review of these tips you shared. Your beautiful presence & energy is very much missed here in San Miguel. But I know we will reconnect somewhere around the world!😃✈️🌎❤
The two I watched most were "The transformation of Medellin, what's the secret? - David Escobar at TEDxMedellín" and "Explorando el corazón | Manuela Echeverri | TEDxMedellin"
There is no way she was having any form of meaningful conversations with natives in less than a year. The title of this video is misleading and her story questionable. It takes significant time but it's worth it, keep going.
Don't be discouraged. There's no rush to learn in a short time. I studied for 6 hours every day for 3 months so that when I landed in Colombia I was able to converse with native speakers. I was not fluent, and had years more study to do, but the steps outlined in this video were a really great first step. Keep going, it's worth the effort 💛
Buenos Días Maestra Stacy. These are awesome and so useful advive. I too am experiencing quite a slow progress. Muchas gracias

Only 3 months? Well this is extremely discouraging.

say one sentence in spanish than proceed in english then say you learned spanish typical
That doesn't say she's lying she gets more views speaking in ENGLISH as we are the folks who would want to learn.
