Good day to be honest I almost got myself fired after I damage the trailer plug and no one could fix it then I decided to watch this video it's helped me a lot in 2 minutes I was done connecting the cable on the plug tx you so much for sharing this useful video ❤❤for the first time I did it because of you Big up ✊
Hi Jean. 2.25 min into your video, you identify the purple wire as the LH Indicator (No 1) but on your diagram, you have purple allocated to the Spare Pin (No 2) . Am I missing something?
Hi Randell. The diagram is for the standard color coding that is used on a trailer. My lights were not connected according to the standard colors, thus I had to figure out which wire goes where using the battery. Thus you are correct in saying - my purple wire was wired as Left indicator and should be yellow according to standards (diagram). The blue wire is a spare wire according to the diagram and was wired so at the lights as well. Hope that cleared it up!
