I don't yet have any kettlebells (they're expensive, expecially when you need them in pairs!) so I thought I'd try this with dumbbells I already have. Just tried it on for size one time, but so far it seems to work pretty well. (Might have to modify those hand swings -- since I'm using DBs -- into outside-the-legs Pendulums. We'll see.) Great metabolic blast.

I'm doing this for the first time with a pair of 16kg (35.2 pounds) and it is tough. I will attempt this again after my neighbours were interrupting me.
