    Just fantastic work as always, gonna give this one a try. As a request, would you be able to do a video or a PDF where you outline progression & variations of exercises of certain movement patterns and their pros & cons when compared? For example as you said for the "squat" you could do FSQ or Split squat, Lunges etc.. for the Press you can have double, seesaw but also push press and jerk, and since they will all have a different effect it would be good to understand it to be sure to choose an adequate intensity (ex jerk will be more "cardio" exercise than a press so you should load differently the two). Finally, as I saw from your stories you work with them as well it would be nice to see how to include TRX/Suspension trainer exercise to build strength, as I see there is an infinite amount of them and you can get really creative!

    Double complex and chain workouts have become my favorite thing. It's much more intense than a single bell and a great way to do get strength and cardio in a fairly short workout. I even mix in some push-ups on bells into a double bell complex for added variety. Now you have me thinking about the program more. Will have to look into those books. Cheers!

    Que peut-on mettre en place comme test de départ afin de déterminer la taille des Kettlebell ?
    Se baser les presses avec 8-12 RM ?

    A chain of 4 to 5 different movements then deconstruction sets of those exercises. Eg. Kettlebell push up to row to clean to thruster x 5 cycles. Then 5 reps of each exercise back to back. Click the link below for more kettlebell complexes...oh crap. I'm not a RUclipsr.

    Would it be a big loss, if I do 5+5 single- instead of 5 doubles snatches on the heavy day? Because i found out, that double snatches are the weakest link in the chain...
    ...or should i go lower in reps in all exercises in this complex like 3 or 5,3,2? Thank you very much for the insightsof Geoffs KB Muscle 🙏🏾🖤💪🏾⚡keep up with your fablous work Salute

      Try lower reps , or lighter weights. Don't break the complex :) Otherwise if technique is lacking, practice DSNT separately

    Hey Louka
    Great channel you have! Can you combine complexes with strengh work? I mean before, or after you are done with the complexes. I would love to put in some bench press, pull ups, and maybe some heavyer squats.
    How would you program this? 2x3 a week? And how many sets and reps?😊 Thanks!

      You could but would have to be well planned out. Err on the side of low volume. 5 x 2 or 2 x 5

    I really like the chain idea and I am going to start this today. I need to be doing pullups and dips though too, what are your recommendations for this? I was thinking of doing the chain and then a superset of pullups/dips each round. thoughts?

    • @erikhvitfeldtsen8665
      @erikhvitfeldtsen8665 Год назад +1

      That's a great idea. I'm currently doing The 12-Week Muscle-Building Kettlebell Master-Plan.
      He recommends doing this program 3 days a week. I do pull ups and dips the days in between. I've seen some great gains.
      Monday - kettlebell program
      Tuesday - dips and pull ups
      Wednesday - kettlebell program
      Thursday - dips and pull ups
      Friday - kettlebell program

    • @HardstyleKettlebellPro
      @HardstyleKettlebellPro  Год назад

      Personally I would not add any more exercises to the program because it completely changes everything and recovery. But if you put a gun to my head I would do Pull-ups and Dips at a very low volume. 10 total reps per session "a la" EASY STRENGTH

    • @ryanwallis8021

      Yep that's correct. You could do the whole program as chains and then repeat the process using complexes.
      I own this book and many of his others. It's great stuff.

    • @jessemackin6875
      @jessemackin6875 Год назад

      @@ryanwallis8021 thanks. So would you just stick to a chain or complex for the whole programme. Ie. Don't mix them with in the 6weeks programme.
      Side from a warm up and a warm down would you add any other excersises after the routine.

    • @ryanwallis8021
      @ryanwallis8021 Год назад

      @@jessemackin6875 Hey mate, I'm no expert but have followed a few of Geoffs programs with good results. I would just do what he has layed out and not add additional exercises.
      As for chains vs complexes from memory you can complete whole plan as using complexes then can repeat doing chains. That would keep ya busy for around 2yrs I think.
      Cheers
