Fightlite and that belt fed upper is anything but new
As stated, it is a new brand we will be distributing for our FFL Dealers.
yeah is this a new version or something military arms channel has a vid form 5 years ago about this
He said they are new to the 2nd Amendment Wholesale list of brands they carry for dealers.
@@Thorsson24 shit, I've got pictures on one of my hard drives of a guy with a with a belt fed AR-15 and backpack of ammo. From the early 1960's.
All of this has happened before, and all of this will happen again.
Yeah but they went pretty dormant in 2020, almost thought they went out of business
These are like 5k uppers aren't they? They have been out for a long time.
@Souwth-bawston-is-fuh-luvahs They're literally 6K
@Souwth-bawston-is-fuh-luvahs they are 7500$ now since they’ve gotten military contracts
When I was a gun dealer about 10 to 15 years ago I called them a vast amount of times trying to purchase items I’d seen at a shot show. Crickets. I assumed they had contracts with Uncle Sam since they never responded to repeated requests to purchase their products. I stopped after about a dozen unanswered calls and messages. Figured if it was that difficult to buy product then how bad would it be if I had a warranty issue. I’m very curious if they’ve changed or if anyone has had dealings with them.
they've been bought out atleast two times since that time
@@newerest1 No, Fightlite is just the small arms division of Ares Defense, founded and still run by Geoff Herring since 1997. The new division was created in 2016, but the Shrike/MCR has been an Ares Defense Systems product since the start, and Geoff is still the CEO. They have a great reputation for designing cool stuff (Shrike and SCR), but are terrible for customer relations.
How to say you're a Zoomer without saying it. "What's a Mare's Leg?"
Bruh, mares leg references died with gramps in the 90s
We know what they're called. Most of us just don't care for them anymore.
Is it a no stock lever action rifle ?
I only know about it because of battlefield 4 when I played it back when I was 15ish
A mares leg is a custom lever action from the TV show Wanted dead or Alive. What does “zoomers” have to do with anything? That’s an old school saying.
That upper is $7K. $2K more and you can get a complete M249 on gunbroker
Can't go binary with m249
@@gmd5911 ok, go ahead
Have owned an MCR for a long time, but they've been so hard to get we've been unable to sell any to customers. Looking forward to being able to get some inventory on the wall!
Always liked these but could never justify the price. If the uppers were around 3k they would sell well.
They were 3k and still didnt sell all that well.
Kind of pointless without a giggle switch. Cool, fun, but pointless.
@@dr.burtgummerfan439 FRTs are back though
dope upper for the small price of $7k
Can someone explain why the upper is $7k? What engineering and parts makes it so much more expensive than other uppers in general?
Because 'Merica
Because patents..
MCR® Belt-Feed Cover Conversion Kit
$2,999.99 MCR® DUAL-FEED™ UPPER M-LOK® (MCR-060M)
$6,399.99 yeah price seem a bit up there
Have these guys been living under a rock? I remember this back when it was called the Shrike.
As stated, new to us as a Wholesale Distributor. Thanks for watching!
This is cool, until you realize that the belt fed upper is north of $6k.
You can get a semiauto 1919 for that money.
I’ve wanted this belt fed upper for many years!!!
Some folks have more money than sense. God bless em.😂
I recently saw a 7.62 belt fed upper from another company. Uses m60 links. Thing is sweet.
what's it called
@@or6060 System Defence MFR 76
@@Beltfedshooters how did you get this obscure turkish fightlite ripoff that isn't even listed on their website?
Last I checked it was still in 5.56 but yeah, it is a fightlite knock off. Would still like a 308 version tho. Don’t care what the naysayers say.
@@or6060 I don't own one, I just saw pictures of it. Not sure if they are going to be imported.
It’s not ‘brand new’ the fightlite MCR has been a thing for years my guy
As stated, it is a new brand we will be distributing for our FFL Dealers.
We love the FightLite belt feds. They are tons of fun and great for ranges. Makes some money back quickly
Awesome
If you could combine that with a "MG42" short recoil barrel system and "MG42" barrel change the end product would be world beating.
20 years and 6 gens later its a bad ass gun/upper. works very well with a g2s geissele and heavy buffer.
Can this thing run on 55gr bullets or would you need something heavier like 62gr? I heard the phrase adjustable gas system in the interview so I was just curious...
I got one haven't shot yet but man I'm ready. Also I'm a dealer with you guys yall have to carrier replace barrels
Yes
I got this 7months ago I love it put it with my binary but I want to get a full auto to put it on
Ive been watchin the MCR since about 2015. Back then they were about $3k. With generational improvements theyve raised the price about $500 each year. I finally just made the jump, before they got outta my price range forever a couple years ago.
Totally worth it.
My question is this, do you need full auto parts in your lower to make this work? May seem like a dumb question but I was wondering
What a nice looking featureless. I actually want one. So wierd.
Ain`t nothin i would ever want. Can`t even afford to feed my bolt actions as it is.
Cries in Illinois
Take 2k off the price of that upper, and I'm in. I can't justify 5-6k for an AR upper.
For shits and giggles, I'd like to see an MCR on an SCR.
There is. Saw a pic on google.
Belt Fed 308 please!
I just want them to make there belt feds cheaper
2A all the way
Price effective Nope" Cool Factor yes.
This isn't anything new. Their belt fed upper has been around for a long time... why make this sound like it's something new?
From the intro it sounds like his company is going to start carrying the upper, so new to his business
As stated, it is a new brand we will be distributing for our FFL Dealers.
Fight lite sucks especially for the price they ask for that shit
I thought this was always a thing. Maybe I'm thinking SAW or something else...
Semi auto belt feds just don't do it for me
Yeah itd be a shame if ARs were easy to convert
Yeah ..I'm sure fights light invented the daul feed system lol ..we have a Patten ...ok
Just bugs me cause if you do it right and sell it tor fair price you'll make a ton..cough psa
Pretty sure FL has been around for a while. Hahaha brand new company
Not what we said. Please try again.
Isn't that basically a SAW? I don't know, I served back in the 80's.
It takes SAW belts, but it's lighter weight. It also feeds 30rd mags better than a SAW
It’s basically a modernized Stoner 63.
What you get when you send a new gun owner to shoot shot show. They think everything's brand new from a new company...
As stated, we are a Wholesale Distribution company that is bringing on the brand making it NEW to us. Thanks for watching!
Just 7 grand, of course.....
So, it's a belt-fed AR-15/ M-16 upper that does what the Shrike does, but does it better? Expand.
Fightlite no ght out Shrike
Bought out Shrike**
@@kerbalairforce8802 Interdasting.
got my MCR on black Friday through brownells. $5,800
How does an old product steal the show? And the Negev can also do belt/mag.
As stated, it is a new brand we will be distributing for our FFL Dealers.
To be honest, I would spend all shot show shooting a belt fed hahaha. I would be in a trance and forget all of the other things going on
F-A cotton 🇺🇸🔥
This is old news. This has been around for a decade.
New to us as a distributor!
Fight lite,I hear those are a 0
How much $$$
I own one. They went up in price. 6400 to 6900 for the upper
Not a new brand.
Not a new product.
The man in the video even says they have been in business for decades and they've been producing the belt-fed upper for decades.
As stated, we are a Wholesale Distribution company that is bringing on the brand making it NEW to us. Thanks for watching!
I saw a Sinaloa cartel member with a belt fed AR the other day.
Steals the show lol. Theyve been out for almost a decade
As stated, it is a new brand we will be distributing for our FFL Dealers.
Brand new? Not really.
A new brand for us!
Old AR $4000, gimmick, Bought one new in 2017, worked ,Most/Some of the time.
Me: Siri, Where can I find beltfed 5.56x45 ammunition?
Siri: Welcome to the new age, will you need a binary trigger to go with that?
Instant strike. RUclips won’t allow this. 😂
Most likely. Good thing our others expired recently! ha!
what is the point of that? you will literally cook the barrel using your 6-9 mags dumping it one after another. if you don't have machine gun barrel, that is not a machine gun. Belt fed combat rifle, running & jumping with all that belt moving everywhere ?
The upper is designed for auto-fire.
This is old news! This has been around for years! They are way over priced!
New brand for us!
this isnt new
As stated, it is a new brand we will be distributing for our FFL Dealers.
Needs a full length handguard for that bipod.......
so it's M249 with new mods
I guess if you can afford a FA seer, you can afford this.
I'm out on the semi-belt fed.
Binary or force reset triggers exist
These aren’t anything new dude. You’re years late
As stated, it is a new brand we will be distributing for our FFL Dealers.
@@2ndAmendmentWholesale as stated, belt fed AR-15 steals the show. Lmao pshhh ya probably 9 years ago it did. Little late to jump on the ole van wagon are we? 😂
@@cindylou1112 Thanks for watching!
If they are so popular why is the upper alone $7k?
Rich people
